The room was comfortable and very clean. Varied breakfast and very friendly staff.

Room a little old but functional. Insulation between rooms not good. Good breakfast and appreciable free parking in the garage of the structure.

The hygiene is very average... The carpet in the corridor is in pieces

It's a bit remote from the city, but the hotel's condition isn't bad.

Nice clean if you have a car perfect place especially for couples 

ボローニャ中心部から、101番バスか94番バスでホテル近くのバス停に来ることができます。最終バスは20時前後に中心部発になります。約30-50分程度。また、日曜日は極端にバスの本数が少なくなります。どちらかと言えば、車で旅行する人向けでしょう。 それでもボローニャ中心部と比べ、安価に四つ星ホテルに滞在することができ、満足しています。 特に朝食が美味しかったです。手作りのクロワッサンやパイ、ケーキなどを楽しめました。

Stayed here while visiting nearby Bologna, hotel is nothing fancy but clean and well maintained. Breakfast also was quite simple but was well served with friendly and accessible staff. Location is a bit further out of town and the immediate environment of the hotel does feel a bit industrial, but it is very close to the motorway and accessible to both the train station and local buses.

It was my third stay in Phi Hotel Emilia and in spite it’s been five years since my first stay, they are amazing as a they were, the hotel is very confortable, the food delicious and the staff fantastic.

That was perfect choice comparing price to what you get. We could park for free in front of hotel. Room was great with everything inside. 24h reception and very kind people working there. Breakfast was really great with high quality product. I reccommend this hotel warmly.

Thank the hotel for the excellent treatment and flexibility with the reservation regarding so many rooms and 8 people. The treatment has been perfect at all times, the staff pleasant and the rooms spacious and very clean.

The hotel is ideally situated as an overnighter. Not too far away from the highway, but still in a quit neighbourhood. Ample free parking available and bar/restaurant available at the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to try the restaurant as it was still closed due to the thunderstorms the region had suffered and that had caused some damage.

I booked two rooms at the PHI Hotel Emilia in October , we arrived there 25th October for 6 nights. The rooms were ok and very business style but not great for the cost. Once checked into the room I noticed the room was extremely hot and I switched the aircon thermostat to 22 o , after an hour the temperature was the same in the room which was 27 o and had not reduced. As we were going out to dinner I asked at reception and the duty manager told me he could control the temperature from the reception and all would be fine once we were back from dinner. 2 hours later we returned and both our rooms were still 27 o - we ent down to reception and were told that the Italian Government had issued an electricity saying law and that the aircon was switched off ! I am a racing driver with an Italian manufacturer and we were racing at 9.00 am the next morning which meant I HAD to sleep. I complained that the room was just too hot even with the window opened ( it only opened 5cms) but they would do nothing. On top of this some type of conference group were staying and I had to call security 3 times between 11 and 12 midnight for the noise. The next morning we checked out of this sauna and booked into another hotel 45 minutes away - I had paid up front using ********** and the manager refused to credit my unused nights which was unbelievable after such a poor service and such lies - I am currently trying to get my money back from ********** which is difficult to sy the least. A terrible experience here at this hotel with lies and more lies then zero customer service. The next hotel we checked into had full air conditioning and didn't know why the PHI hotel were claiming there were government rules - it was very hot - and aircon is on their advertising its a must.
