結論としては、同じ金額払うならこういうタイプのホテルではなく、通常のホテルが私的には合っていると思いました。再訪はないと思います。
【部屋】
想像していたよりも清潔感がありよかったです。ただやはり、古民家のため窓そのものが完全に閉まりきらず虫が入り放題だったのは残念。
【設備】
水回りは現代的でよかったですが、お風呂のシャワーの位置が微妙でした。
温度調整する部分が下にありすぎるのと、椅子は低すぎでした。
【スタッフ】
人によってばらつきがあり、そこがすごく残念でした。例えば、朝食会場では、説明をしてくれる日とそうでない日があり、スタッフによってサービスのレベルが異なります。
また、朝食会場は終始慌ただしくバタバタと足音を立てるので落ち着いて食事ができなかったです。

スタッフの応対、食事、施設どれも素晴らしかったです。古民家なので鴨居が低くうっかりすると頭に当たるので、その点チャックインの際にお声掛け頂いたら更に良かったです。

能夠獨佔一間能夠眺望大洲城天守閣的兩層町屋的體驗實在是太棒了！房間有一個超大的浴室和檜木浴缸，裝滿熱水嗅着淡淡的木香泡澡真的很享受。房間冰箱有很多飲料都是免費喝的，夏天泡完澡坐在緣廊喝點小酒真的不要太爽。下次有機會還想體驗一下城中其他老房改成的房間。

6 年前大洲之行錯過了登大洲城，這次就選擇住在大洲城下，酒店客房散佈在大洲城下町各個地方，就像開盲盒，用 24 小時體會古城的慢生活，還有不少東愛的打卡點，餐食也很有特色，尤其是晚餐，松山市區有巴士可達，地址選到大洲本町，走去酒店前台 10 分鐘不到，很方便。

Stayed at the sala room and loved the room! Great view of the castle. Stairs abit narrow so just be careful up and down. The restaurant food was excellent! Loved all the dinners in particular. Food fantastic and so was service!

we reserved for one night and it was so beautiful so the hotel rooms so people that we decided to reserve a second night in another room and he gave us the room number 501 which is a signature room. You don’t have to visit if you come here choose this room. It’s just amazing a jewel. It’s the same for the restaurant and dinner. We had a vegetarian seven plates and it was amazing. Everything is fresh. It is exactly the same for the breakfast. We loved it.

Traditional and immersive environment with a luxury service. Room is kinda huge and if you search a old Japanese spirit travel this is definitely the best place. Negative point -＞ in summer a lot of little insect inside home because everything is in wood.
