I came in at 9pm, the staff was really helpful and provided clear instructions. There was even a onsen bath which I unfortunately did not have time to get into. The breakfast was good too. I have food poisoning and it was all well suited.

The room is really small and the furniture is really dated. There is no safe and the wi-fi doesn't work. The air conditioner also doesn't seem to function properly. The only redeeming quality about the hotel is its proximity to the train station (only a 5 minute walk).

Clean and delicious breakfast provided
Although it is in the suburbs, the surrounding supermarkets, supermarkets, and food are very convenient.

The hotel is located at a 3-minute walk from Higo Otsu Station. Although it is in the suburbs, there are supermarkets, supermarkets, KFC, and roast meat restaurants next to it, which is very convenient!
