It is our our first time to visit Kumamoto and I am so satisfied I chose this hotel. The room was so clean and spacious. I love the garden view too. The staffs were so nice and very accommodating.

The hotel is very new and comfortable. We are traveling by car. There is free parking here. The staff is very friendly. They also introduced nearby restaurants for us to eat. It is very good. It is a hotel where we will stay again next time!

We were on a business trip with our supervisor this time. I stayed at the Kumamoto Airport Hotel for 3 nights. Overall, it was pretty good. However, it was quite far to eat nearby, so I had to take a taxi to have dinner. I hope there will be more restaurants nearby

The rooms are compact but well equipped with everything you need. A clean and comfortable space. The people at the hotel are also kind and cheerful, and I would like to use them again. The garden is also comfortable with grass and shade. If I had a deck chair, I would like to take a break and have tea.
