Good Hotel with attentitive staff. Our room was clean with a view of the main pool and sea. The mini bar in the room was well stocked with water, soft drinks and beer daily. Their is also a kettle with tea and coffee. Housekeeping was good with towles replaced daily. Plenty to eat in the restaurants. Big shout out to Mutlu in the Irish Bar and Banu in Customer Relations. Would Recomend this hotel.

Review So where should I start with my review. I booked this resort after reading through the reviews and coming away feeling like the animation team at the hotel were great…. Let me tell you they were NOT. I believe those reviews were written upon request of animation team I was requested by them to do one but refused as it is my review not theirs. This hotel is aesthetically pleasing, clean, rooms are good size and it’s what you’d expect from good rated resort holiday. Room was made up daily drinks replenished grounds cleaned daily. The problem however lies with the activities and the food choices being dry. The kids club is really run down version of some roadside shack. Unpleasant, old and with staff who do not plan any activities for the kids. They have a board outside but didn’t see a single activity take place other than colouring a movie which is in Turkish daily and face painting. There is only so much colouring a child can do in a week. They close between 12.30 and 2.30 but is underwhelming and under stimulating for kids. The activities for adults are non existent unless u like table tennis and snooker which is all whats available. Although they have a notice board nothing ever took place which was a disappointment for me. The only time the animation team engages with you is to ask you to come watch the shows. The breakfast lunch and dinner menu are repetitive and nothing available for the kids. The welcome sheet mentions a kids buffet which is nonexistent when asked they simply said they discontinued. The wait staff can be so rude I asked one to get me drinks at a tea time service and was told no. The pools were cold to the point of freezing which meant you couldn’t be in them for long you could see kids and people shivering in them. The booking of ala carte restaurants was a joke you had to book on the same day between 8.30 and 9 am like I am on holiday sleeping till at least 9. The spa was great had a Turkish Hamam peeling and massage cant fault my treatment lady fini she was awesome. But the pressure tactics to book are distasteful to say the least. All in all I would like to know on what basis jet2 has named this a luxe resort. There is limited English speaking staff in the hotel. A guy on the animation team who is absolutely rude in the name of being funny. Absolutely disappointed in this choice of hotel. I would like to shout out Basik from the animation team who gave me some chuckles and actually engaged with us great guy. Azize was also good with the kids and brought the energy to the kids mini disco. If you like laying around all day sunning this resort may be for you but with people with kids they need to get more engaging and stimulating safe to say we won’t be returning to the sunis efes

We are 4 female friends who spent a week here for our friends 50th birthday We had a blast! So many good things to say - beautiful and immaculate hotel, friendly and helpful staff from housekeeping to management, great cocktails, good food multiple options of places to sit, eat and drink, varied entertainment, and the shops and photographer on site all lovely and professional. No-one was ever pushy or rude and everyone just seems to want the guests to have a really great time. No major problems with getting sunbeds either They put a huge effort into their daytime themes and evening activities, Pool/Foam Party and various other food and drinks events were great with Oktoberfest being a massive highlight. We are English and found ourselves to be hugely in the minority, this didn't matter at all, and everyone rubbed along nicely. We had 1 day where the sea was unbelievable - a lot of damage was caused to their pier and the cabanas in particular, you could feel how sad and shocked the staff all were watching the destruction over a single day, but they rallied and made the beach accessible again the very next day - no mean feat. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes I would

It is a reasonably nice, clean hotel with a beautiful pool, beach, clear sea, and helpful staff. But a few things we were not so keen on:- We booked as there are five ala carte restaurants. However, when we arrived, we learnt that we could only attend one per week. The buffet food was exactly the same nearly every day. Pizza was served at lunch and dinner, but only one flavour was available. The beef on the burgers was of low quality, and for some reason, no cheese was available on the burgers. It was not possible to get a Turkish Kebab in this Turkish hotel. The shower in one of our rooms in the 'Royal Suite' was blocked and very smelly. The evening entertainment wasn't great.

We stayed here from 28th June-10July! I want to say this hotel is absolutely stunning. Such beautiful, clean, spacious hotel. Firstly we arrived late at night 3am and was welcomed by the reception team super easy quick and was allocated straight to our rooms with the offering of food as arrived for late night guests which i thought was a bonus! Rooms where immaculate everything we needed for an 11night stay. Although beds are huge and comfortable and they aren’t 2 singles pushed together! Mini fridge had Fanta, Sprit, Coke, Efes beer, water and sparkling water available as the all inclusive and re stocked every day if needed. Fresh towels and beds made every day without fail and cleaners where always very accommodating when needed with the help of google translate lol. Our shower did have a funny smell of sewage at one point but had that sorted straight when we mentioned. Plenty of storage in rooms also. Moving onto food. Selection was really good plenty to chose from but got super repetitive i’ve been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and have had abit more of a change up than this hotel. was no theme nights which i found strange only turkish night on a Saturday? We loved the halloumi at breakfast and the omelettes they were great! Lots to chose from for pudding and plenty of fruit available all day. Lunch times we spent at the restaurant outside but that had the same foods on every day and for 11nights started to get slightly boring. Ice cream was served here from 1-3pm which was a lovely desert after lunch nice and refreshing we never missed that. After 4pm They had Waffles and jacket potato’s on offer for everyone the waffles where delicious for an afternoon snack! In the evening we spent some of our time down at the patisserie Getting ice cream and coffees this was a lovely spot to unwind and relax after a busy day by the pool. I’d like to mention Elmira she served us plenty of nights here and she was the sweetest girl. Always had a smile on her face and was just a joy to be around. We love her!! We also managed to go to 2 of the A’lactate restaurants at our stay one night was chinese the other was italian. chinese was good and so was the italian was super full up after these as they gave us plenty of the menu. We did have a member in our party with a peanut allergy i just wanted to say please do make the restaurants a lactate aware of this before as one of the foods had nuts in which we wasn’t aware of!! Most of our days was spent my the spacious pool. We spent most our days here which was lovely and relaxing. Pool was clean but a lot of tiles started coming lose so just to make aware!! Plenty of sunbeds both in and out the shade, water slides were good and fun!! Sometimes a little loud round pool when music was on would have been nice for abit more of a selection of songs to be played as got boring. Entertainment team did come round sometimes asking to join in with activities but didn’t hassle which was a bonus as we have found som

On first appearance the Hotel looks amazing. Room was good, a/c worked fine, whole Hotel very clean , no complaints at all. Starting with the food, breakfast and evening meals served inside , but lunch and snack bar 12-4 & 4-6 were basically outside. This wouldn't be a problem if the salads, bread and cakes had any covers on them, but no they had flies all over and even sparrows were helping themselves at times. Food quality was not what we have had in turkish 5* hotels before, first 3 days chicken wings and liver, cheap Burgers full of gristle, hot dogs in strange sauce, all cold and uninviting. Couldn't have any salad or bread as didn't want to be ill. Evening meal was chaos! You had to have your wits about you as no one else seemed to! Getting knocked and barged into, kids running riot unsupervised, not a good experience! When a food tray was empty or nearly empty it was never replaced, one night there was lamb stew, well all that was left was potatoes , staff standing around doing nothing, certainly not replacing any food. I think you have to get there when it opens to have any hope of anything at all. There was lots of salads, olives etc but no labels on any of it. All the food we trued was Luke warm at best and had a wierd greasy taste breakfast was eggs soft and hard boiled ( both hard) lots of strange tasting breads, cheeses olives etc. Omelette made for you with about half a pound of grease thrown in. I hardly ate anything all week, lived on hard boiled eggs, meat if there was any, pizza at snack bar if it had just come out of the oven, and chips. Oh and on a night when you got a drink they gave you a bowl of doritoes and nuts, we relied on this every night. One day I tried the baked potato , was nice but barely warm so couldn't eat it. Drinks, beer was good, if you ordered anything else it's not kept in the fridge so they add ice which melts immediately and you are then left with a flat drink like flat watery vodka and coke. Same with gin and tonic. Even the white wine often was room temp the sparkling wine was not wine, it was yellow and tasted like cider, disgusting! The staff apart from managers were all teenagers, so not interested in giving any service at all to guests, meal times were really bad, we just got our own drinks in the end. The pool bar service was basically non existent, might get served, probably won't. One of the youngsters was being friendly one day ,and then rammed his phone in my face wanting me to give a 5* review on TripAdvisor, when I refused he went away and never came near us again or served us. Maybe this explains why there seems to be so many 1 contribution, 5* reviews for this hotel on here?? Anyway just to make the week more stressful there was bouncing music all day that you couldn't escape from! I couldn't read and relax. If we had paid a 2* price then I would say fair enough, but we paid a LOT so that we would have a good quality, relaxing holiday with excellent service, food, drink etc. Cle

hotel services, service, food, gym are very good, daily program and entertainment, animators are also very nice. I used to go jogging on the beach every day I see a shortcoming in the mixed drinks, which were too sweet and the beach was not groomed enough.

I fell in love with this place right from the first sight. The rooms are spacious and it’s clean everywhere. Entertainment team can not be left without mention. Everyone is friendly and ready to cheer you up. Moreover, you won’t stay hungry, because food is tasty everywhere! Sometimes people are worried that they will not find a place on the beach to lie in the sun, but you won’t face this problem there
