Ben Otel çalışanları girişte karşılamalarıyla, güler yüzleriyle sıcak samimiyetleriyle aile gibi hissettirdikleri için insan kendini evinde gibi hissediyor olmak muhteşem duydu. Gerek müdürleri gerekse resepsiyon, restaurant ve kat görevlilerine desteklerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim

Kirli oda verildi. Odaya girdiğimizde odanın henüz temizlenmemiş, hazır olmadığını gördük. Resepsiyona gittiğimizde şikayetimizi belirtmemizin ardından ‘çok yoğunduk olur böyle şeyler’ denildi. Resepsiyondaki yaşlı beyefendi oldukça sert bir üslup ile konuşuyordu.
