Dlaczego, kiedy przyjechałam dwa tygodnie temu i poszedłam do recepcji, odbyłam normalny dialog z młodymi ludźmi, a oni rozmawiali ze mną po ludzku? A przedwczoraj, kiedy moja mama musiała czekać 17 godzin na autobus i przyszła do was zapytać, czy może odpocząć i zapłacić za pokój, w odpowiedzi usłyszała niegrzeczny ton, przewracanie oczami i skrzywione usta niezadowolonych (chyba z życia) recepcjonistów. Nie akceptujecie euro, komentując, że ”jakie euro, skoro jesteśmy w Polsce”, traktujecie ją jakby przyszła żebrać o jałmużnę, albo wyrzucała was z własnego domu. A za pokój na 10-12 godzin zginaliście cenę 150 euro. Jeśli tak bardzo nien@widzicie wszystkich, którzy nie mówią po polsku - idźcie pracować w fabryce lub zbierać śmieci. To h@ńba dla europejskiego państwa, a przy okazji akt dyskr*minacji ze względu na inny język i fakt, że moja mama nie jest Polką. Poradziłam mamie, żeby przyszła do was i odpoczęła, ale teraz ostrzegę wszystkich, żeby omijali wasze miejsce z tak paskudnym nastawieniem. I pamiętajcie, że jeśli usuniecie moją recenzję, napiszę ją ponownie. Utworzę tyle skrzynek pocztowych, ile będzie trzeba, aby upewnić się, że wszyscy zobaczą tę recenzję. Napiszę też do kierownictwa, żeby was wszystkich zwolnili. H@ŃBA! Jak można być tak bezwstydnym i pozbawionym skrupułów? ●●●●●●●●●●●●●● Disgusting attitude of the staff. Why, when I came a fortnight ago and went to the reception, I had a normal dialogue with young people and they talked to me in a human way? And the day before yesterday, when my mother had to wait 17 hours for the bus and came to you to ask if she could rest and pay for the room, in response she heard the annoyed receptionists' disgruntled tone, an exasperated sigh and pulling a face. You do not accept euro, commenting on it ”what euros if we are in Poland”, treated her as if she came to beg for alms, or kicked you out of your own home. And for a room for 10-12 hours you bent the price of 150 euros. If you h@te everyone who doesn't speak Polish so much - go work in a factory or collect rubbish. It is a di$grace for a European state and, by the way, an act of di$crimination on the grounds of another language and the fact that my mum is not Polish. I advised my mum to come to you and have a rest, but now I will warn everyone to avoid your place with such a nasty attitude. And keep in mind that if you delete my review, I'll write it again. We strongly advise this hotel to whom to take the aircraft very soon or who arrives late. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport we reached with their ship (less than € 5 in two). Thankful and available staff. We had a clean and simple room, and we had dinner at their restaurant and it was all good and well cooked.

REZYDENCJA LUXURY HOTEL PIEKARY SLASKIE, POLOGNE. Séjour en septembre 2020. Voilà un hôtel coup de coeur ! C'et un réel plaisir que d'être ici. Charmant accueil, avec une jeune personne très professionnelle. Beau bâtiment. Jolie décoration intérieure. Grands jardins magnifiquement bien arboré et décoré. Sauna, jacuzzi. Chambre pas très grande, mais bien agencé et bien décoré, tout comme la salle de bain avec un excellent éclairage. Belle et grande salle de restaurant pour le diner avec sa grande terrasse extérieure donnant sur les jardins. Plats de très bonne qualité et de belles présentations. Petits déjeuners servit dans la petite salle intime, vu côté parking. Joli petit buffet de qualité et belle présentation des produits. Servi par un personnel agréable, serviable et disponible. Parking gratuit. Voilà un excellent séjour en tout point de vue! Seul reproche, l'accueil a la réception au moment du départ, une dame peu agréable.

This is very long over due so apologies. I stayed in this hotel early may in the first week. I was getting married to a polish girl and I had family flying into the country and all staying at the hotel. The first to arrive was my godfather who during his stay had to visit the local hospital a few times. He said the hotel reception was lovely and they organised a taxi for him and to be picked up once he was finished. On his first night we went to the restaurant and we both had the farmera burger. We both had this burger and loved it, I highly recommend for any guest to try it. Two days later the rest of my family arrived where they were all in a very timely manner were checked in and shown to their rooms, the only issue they had wit their rooms were the key cards stopped working for some and had to get them set u again, no one minded. The night before the wedding all of my family and friends ate in the restaurant which again 80% of them got the farmera burger from my recommendation. shortly after our meal we all started to drink, now We are all Irish so we drank a lot. It was about midnight and the bar in the restaurant was closing so the receptionist offered us to use the lobby and we were able to bring booze from the nearby shop, and she even gave us shot glasses to which of course we did use and we drank a lot. we got rowdy, bit messy but we cleaned up after ourselves. Nothing bad was said by the receptionist they honesty never minded but smiled at us quite often. Wedding day itself! the wedding was not in the hotel but away. on the morning I had to be ready at 12:00 as the photographers were coming. I rang reception and asked was it possible for someone to clean the room before they arrived. 20 mins later the room was clean. Once all pictures were done we were off. A few days later when guests were checking out they all could not get over the hotel and found everything was well organised. so here is a brief overview... The room (209) - clean, modern, mini fridge in the room with snacks but i never used the snacks i did buy my own. aircon was good if u left it running for a while but did the job. the window viewed a main dual carriage way but honestly it never bothered me and slept fine. Beds were very comfy and extremely soft. Location- I chose this hotel for a few reasons as I have stayed in Bedzin loads of times and know the area. It has a 24hr kfc, McDonald's, petrol station all a 2 minute walk from hotel, a huge shopping centre (M1) which has everything you may want or need. Overview - I love this hotel and am travelling to Poland again in January but my wife has decided to stay in a cheaper option for our stay. We will be back again in July and will be 100% staying here again.

Ich war paar Tage auf Besuch bei meiner Familie, Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, also passt es perfekt. Frühstück war jeden Tag sehr lecker und gut vorbereitet. Zimmer war sauber ruhig. Kann nicht meckern.

O hotel tem um bom serviço de recepção, no entanto o inglês não é suficiente para nos ajudar a conhecer a cidade e por exemplo a encontrar um restaurante perto. Os quartos são muito bons mas em termos de silêncio deixam muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas, passei uma noite sem dormir porque no piso onde fiquei estavam alijadas muitas pessoas que passaram a noite a fazer barulho tanto no corredor como dentro dos quartos. Reclamámos para a recepção mas não foi suficiente. O restaurante do hotel é bom, mas serviram um prato frio ao meu marido e depois demoraram imenso a trazer outro prato.

We gave the owner a second chance but unfortunately he did not show himself from the better side. During the second stay (two days) not much changed. We got another room with similar problems. If something is called an apartment, it is absurd that in the room, because that is the only way to call this God forbid apartment, there are dirty walls and holes that happily look at you when you enter the room. Missing caps on the skirting boards. Dirty cups, each from a different parish. Leaking shower cubicle. Swollen door frame in the bathroom. Toilet paper of the worst kind. Rubbish under the bed from the previous tenants. Dirty window frames and glass. A chair without screws, i.e. the seat with legs did not form a whole. You can forget about soundproofing, it is only in name. You can hear everything that happens on the staircase and at the neighbors'. So if you are looking for something more, I advise against it. The owner of this place, after a negative opinion on booking, started sending us text messages with strange content. In our opinion, he was probably trying to intimidate us.

Beautiful location of the hotel, very convenient access from the motorway. Close to the centre of Katowice and legendary Spodek. Very comfortable beds, nice room with interesting view. In the morning, delicious, varied food awaits guests at breakfast. You can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. I am delighted with my stay at the hotel.

Located opposite Katowice Zaleze station, this is a nice, family run hotel offers excellent ambience and personalised service. Had a great stay over 5 nights. However, accessibility could be an issue with differently abled travellers and if you have heavy bags as the hotel steps are stiff and do not have any lift provision. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. But may become uncomfortable during the summer as No air-conditioning either. However, the overall personalised service, terrific food and beverages and overall ambience are great attractions for this budget hotel outside Katowice.

I stayed at this hotel in December and have been hesitant to submit a poor review because, like so many other people in Poland, I am sure that the good people who work there are helping with the current crisis. But I’ve decided to share anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to international business or tourist visitors. Overall, it just misses the mark for both international travelers and tourists. Its location is walking distance to the historic center but not in it. Its room rates are reasonable but the banquet rates expensive. I was responsible for a group of over 15 guests who were attending an international conference. While the staff were pleasant, we had several instances of inflexibility. We would have spent more on catering had management agreed to work with our contractor on how to apportion room and catering rates. For my own stay, the staff could not produce an invoice showing the rates paid per night. In addition, when I went to check out, I discovered that the front desk had made an error in changing my checkout date, which I had requested. The hotel had already charged me credit card – without permission -- and demanded immediate payment for my final night. The front desk clerk refused to identify a manager for me to speak with. The hotel also charged the credit card of one of my colleagues without authorization.
