L'impressionnant complexe intitulé ”Mazurkas” ne fait pas exception à la règle : comme partout en Pologne, sauf peut-être au centre de Varsovie - du moins d'après notre expérience - il faut pousser la porte d'un hôtel si on veut trouver un restaurant. Ici, il s'agit du GEORGE SAND. Dès qu'on traverse le lobby, on sent que tout est fait pour ”en jeter plein la vue” aux clients. La salle du restaurant, avec ses lustres en cristal à bobèches, ses grands tableaux muraux, ses nappages en soierie, ses élégantes cariatides, ses bougies et sa moquette genre Savonnerie vous transporte dans un autre temps. On s'attend presque à être servis en gants blancs ! Le service est en tout cas à l'aune du décor : il est diligent et attentionné. L'assiette, quoique parfaitement correcte, n'est hélas pas à la hauteur des 'great expectations' suscitées. A part l'excellent Polish Mojito et les délicieuses chanterelles, aucun des autres composants du repas ne nous laissera un souvenir inoubliable. Quant à l'addition, elle se montait à 424 zlotys pour deux (soit 95€), sachant qu'après les cocktails, nous n'avons bu que de la bière. N.B. Je ne parlerai pas de l'hôtel, puisque nous n'y avons pas séjourné, mais je sais que les résidents doivent payer pour la voiture stationnant sur le parking.

Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

Communion 2020 at Hotel LORD. Food OK, room decor OK. However, despite the previous setting with the hotel manager, the menu was given a cheaper salad from the set, although the menu was bought more expensive. In addition, the party handler gave the children the wrong soup that was set before (only after paying attention the rest of the children brought the right soup). In the middle of the reception the handler approached the guests without a mask!!!! After the party was finished, a parking lot was counted different than the amount it was fixed for cars (I tried to explain it in the reception but you said you didn't know what time the cars arrived, Although the parking ticket is charged at the entrance, I cannot count as much as the parking rate was fixed in the reception agreement (I will add that the parking rate was daily rather than hourly .....) Another minus - for alcohol fees. With you the event manager, the amounts for the alcohol received were fixed, and the manager also started to count bottles of wine without alcohol (which I had previously fixed with you the manager as free of charge) And when I pointed to the manager, he said that your manager is not aware of this and should not be so determined. I, as a customer, should not care about the internal clashes of the hotel staff, it does not look professional. In conclusion - more minus than pluses. In my plans I was going to have another family party in this hotel but after the communal reception I find that there were too many derogations from the arrangements and attempts to draw me on extra costs: (It was a pity because I expected more after the 4-star hotel, at least after the service (except the cook who got a medal).

Hotel rooms are clean and clean. However, there is no water in them where the mineral bottle seems to be a standard. There is no glass room, so only a plastic cups are available. The room was very clean and the stay itself was very satisfying. The facility here was a method of checking in by myself, but it was quite difficult because there was no detailed email from the hotel and there was only one person on the day. He responded immediately after contacting me, but ... I think it would be nice if you knew that such troubles sometimes occur. Especially if you travel alone, be careful. It was quite difficult to understand where the hotel was. I managed to reach it by asking people. Other than that, I am quite satisfied!

Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, great location. Unfortunately, the coffee machine didn't work and we could only drink expensive water from the bar. However, everything is ok. What shocked me the most was the behavior of the receptionist, who treated an elderly man of Ukrainian origin terribly, who tried to explain to him that he had paid for the reservation under a different name. The receptionist shouted that he didn't understand what the older man was saying, although without knowing Ukrainian it was easy to guess. Terrible, nationalistic behavior of a young **** towards an older man!

The hostel is really super and directly at the old town. The next bus stop is about 200m away. To Warsaw Centralna you are running about 40 minutes or you just take the bus or the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get tips for food and activities. Also, from the hostel is always offered programs on Wednesday to Sunday evening. In the garden/terrace you can easily meet other travelers. We were in a double room and that was really nice. It was clean and had a closet and shower and toilet. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the third floor was very low and the mattress was already somewhat through. Eating is not available in the hostel except for snacks, but some drinks. The kitchen is very clean and has largely everything you need. As well, lift is helpful when you bring baggage. All in all despite the two small “deficiencies” very recommended. I would book it again.

The hotel is just perfect. Located close to main roads, easy to reach by car. There are enough parking places, even underground parking provided (paying). Team is very friendly, even in the bar (lady spoke only Polish). Got a room upgrade to a big suite which was big, stylish with comfy bed (sofa bed was also good enough). Glasses triple glazed, no noise at all! Good selection for breakfast, with good quality. Best porridge I ever had in Poland. Train and bus stops next to hotel, city can be reached in 20 minutes.

Very enjoyable stay, nice and clean room with all amenities needed

Of the three hotels I stayed at during my 9 day stay in Poland, this was the best by far. The room was sizable with daily cleaning service and water. It even had a mini fridge to cool items. Spacious with decent furniture for relaxing, the air conditioning worked along with all basic facilities, including hot water for showering and shaving. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide range of choices, all well prepared. And even the coffee is decent. Service is very good. They give excellent advice for tourists. The only downside to the hotel I found was that they offer no laundry service. But this is a great hotel at a reasonable rate.
