The room was dirty. There were on pillow covers, walls and on bathroom floor. The bathroom sink was clogged and was draining water real slow.

We have stayed here often. Rooms are looking old and rundown. Chairs have stains furniture is scuffed. VERY CLEAN staff does immaculate job but for the price it needs an update. Also fire alarm went off early morning and whole staff seemed confused and gave no directions like please exit /stand here /everything is fine return to your room. Kind of annoying.

Charged my credit card for no reason. First time call reached someone who told me that was a mistake, would credit back to my credit card in 2 days, but it did not. Called again and again, could not reach anyone, leave several messages, never got responses.

There were cookies left from the last guest left in our refrigerator There were wine glasses outside of our neighbor’s door in a corner when we got there Saturday and still there when we left Monday
