Topcamp Rustberg - Hafjell

Nice place, but we had no heeting in one of the rooms. We told them twice in the reception, but they did not fix it, so some cold nights…

Don’t let the photos fool you… absolute nightmare place to camp! Ground is full of stones and everyone with a tent had issues… Photos look great but you’re essentially camping next to the motorway, with nothing to protect you from the CONSTANT trucks, cars, etc…oh and the trains full of containers that you hear coming and leaving from miles away…you WON’T get a decent sleep… Staff are pointless, no control over the park…swimming pool is a nightmare with larger kids running around and no safety at all… Never seen staff outside the shop, when popped in they’re just on their phones and couldn’t care less about the customer… Had a previous issue, a personal one that involved family and contacted a week before staying… the lack of customer service, greed and ignorance was alarming… however, we managed to come and just wish we didn’t bother… There are dozens of camps to stay at and I’d recommend ALL before staying here…
