It's located right next to JR Oyama Station, and there are convenience stores and discount stores nearby, so it's convenient.
The rooms are old and small, but they do have a hair dryer and the air conditioner has been updated to a relatively new one, so it seems like they've made an effort to make your stay comfortable. I'm grateful that the price is reasonable considering the location. A business hotel that's good enough for a place to stay.

The bathtub was cracked and had to be repaired with duct tape. There was a wooden floor in the bathtub. When I flushed the toilet, water came out of the bowl with great force. I wondered if it was okay to use it as a guest room.

I used it for a sudden business trip. Breakfast wasn't included last time, but this time it was nice that it came with a cup of soup and bread.
The front desk staff was foreign, so I was worried that they wouldn't be able to communicate, but it was fine.
The bathroom was just a shower.
