Tell the home office how bad this hotel is and that Comfort Inn's sales rep is doing a bad job by not getting this hotel in line with other Comfort Inn hotels. It's clear that the owners of this hotel as well as the regional manager of Comfort Inn hotels are letting the Comfort Inn's name be blemished and it is unfortunate. The room was clean I would suggest putting more soap and shampoo. We were in the area for a cheerleading competition which ran late on Sunday so the girl working the desk was really nice and allowed us to check out late. Location was close to the Gaylord and had lots of eateries around so we will stay agai next year.

My 3 friends and I stayed at the MGM HARBOR for a weekend, we had suites tickets to see the Bills play the Ravens on Sunday, 10/2/22. It was our first time saying at the MGM HARBOR Hotel, the Hotel room was quite spacious and well appointed. The Hotel Lobby has beautiful decorations and the MGM offers plenty of dining and bar options. I definitely recommend this Hotel and I’ll definitely stay here again in the immediate future.

The only thing is they don’t have free parking nor they cover the parking fees, unlike other hotels. This is first time experiencing having to pay for my own. I had to pay $24 for a day parking.

The only way to help this hotel is for anyone who stays here to contact the home office of Comfort Inn. Tell the home office how bad this hotel is and that Comfort Inn's sales rep is doing a bad job by not getting this hotel in line with other Comfort Inn hotels. It's clear that the owners of this hotel as well as the regional manager of Comfort Inn hotels are letting the Comfort Inn's name be blemished and it is unfortunate. The best thing you can do for other customers and this hotel is to contact Comfort Inn's home office. That's what I am going to do.

My 3 friends and I stayed at the MGM HARBOR for a weekend, we had suites tickets to see the Bills play the Ravens on Sunday, 10/2/22. It was our first time saying at the MGM HARBOR Hotel, the Hotel room was quite spacious and well appointed. The Hotel Lobby has beautiful decorations and the MGM offers plenty of dining and bar options. I definitely recommend this Hotel and I’ll definitely stay here again in the immediate future.

I got a room with the harbor view, it was so beautiful. I watched the sunset through my hotel window. And it’s a walking distance to the barbor and restaurants. Staff were hospitable and nice. The only thing is they don’t have free parking nor they cover the parking fees, unlike other hotels. This is first time experiencing having to pay for my own. I had to pay $24 for a day parking.

The stay overall went well we had a issue at check in because we didn't know they wouldnt take our card at check in something about they only take certain cards but they worked with us and helped us get it the room. The room was clean I would suggest putting more soap and shampoo. We were in the area for a cheerleading competition which ran late on Sunday so the girl working the desk was really nice and allowed us to check out late. Location was close to the Gaylord and had lots of eateries around so we will stay agai next year.
