The room was fabulous. Very comfortable. Very clean. Great bed. The bar was excellent ... great service, great selection, decent food options. The lobby area is huge and there are plenty of options for sitting and relaxing and/or working . Very hospitable staff.

Excellent hotel! Well managed, clean, with a great location. This is a rare example of a staff that goes out of their way to take pride in their facility. Best part, they do it even on things that seem not to matter. I saw a team member cleaning the back side of a door that only staff had access to. Just an excellent place to stay.

When checking in, I was told that the cost of a room for two queen beds versus a king was the same. After leaving, just out of curiosity, I checked the website. With using a AAA card as I did, there was a $10 difference in room rate charges. That is not a game changer for me. But the lack of honest disclosure is. Will be booking online in the future. Not at check-in. Lesson learned.

It was the perfect location, but the noise from the traffic is loud.

Hotel’s parking lot, entrance, hallways, and rooms were notably clean and maintained, as always. Upon arrival, staff gave a welcoming greeting and began check in, and gave essential information about your visit with them.!

We were in need of a hotel for a family trip over the holidays. This place was great. The staff was so accommodating and pleasant. Justin and Andre were amazing, engaging, and professional. I would come back just to have a conversation with those guys. The rooms were small but nice. Everything we needed. The gym was great. We ended up having to extend our stay by a couple days. The staff did this for us with no problems and for cheaper rate. Thank you all so much!
