Excellent room , friendly staff, awesome distance to Goggin Ice Arena and with the Trip.com app....it makes it more affordable. Ohio rocks!!!

All elevators did not work during our 2 night stay. We were put on the 3rd floor. Needed to make 2 trips with luggage and belongings. We should have been contacted ahead of time and offered to cancel so we could move elsewhere.

It was already night when we arrived at the hotel in the small town. We were told that we needed to register with a local debit card. Fortunately, we asked the boss and he recorded our credit card and let us check in. The next day, we visited the University of Miami as planned.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I met the housekeeper who cleaned her. She was very polite and friendly. The staff had good service attitude. The dining environment for breakfast was good and the waffles were very delicious.

Waited four days and got angry before cleaning
