Exceeded our expectations! Admittedly, when we pulled up the the hotel we were a bit concerned as there was no clear entrance to the hotel except for the awning over one door. But when we entered, the lobby was lovely! Very open with several wall fireplaces and a couple trickling fountains. There are also TVs in the lobby and all front desk staff was very friendly. Upon check in we requested a crib and one staff member immediately took a pack and play to our room. There is a cool video game/pinball arcade that the kids loved. We all enjoyed the pool and there is a small exercise room as well. The Owosso cinema is next door to the hotel and we had dinner in the Tanglewood restaurant before seeing a movie. The sirloin steak was excellent. In the morning we walked to the North Pole Express train. And earlier down the street for breakfast. Everything was within walking distance and convenient. To top off this super experience, I forget something in the room and I called the next day and housekeeping had turned it in and Kim at the front desk mailed it right out to me. Even called me with the tracking number. Thank you Kim and staff!!!
