Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Owatonna, MN

We had booked for 2 nights & thought we were locked in. With an oncoming snow storm, we needed to drive back to Nebraska, so they allowed us to leave after 1 night with credit for the 2nd night.

We appreciated the cleanliness we experienced this stay with you. The continental breakfast was very good as well.

The room was clean and quiet, with plenty of toiletries and the staff was hospitable. The breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage, yogurt, pastries, juice, etc). Con: the vending machine was offline for credit cards and only took cash.

Polite stay and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfy!

Bed was hard and bathroom fan very noisy. Check in was slow, desk clerk was busy flirting with 2 gentleman ahead of us so it took longer. Probably won’t stay again. Just an ok stay, nothing worth coming back to. Waffle maker broken, limited breakfast choices.

Nice place staff was pleasant. unfortunately the only complaint was that there was hair stuck to wall of shower and when filling tub there was chucks of stuff coming out of drain

We came in late and needed a roll away bed in our room. They had it ready for us when we arrived. Great staff.

Furious the jacuzzi is closed! I've stayed there before and was looking forward to some swimming in the pool, then relaxing in the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi at this property has been TILED OVER. It is GONE. Also - it's showing its age - loads of wear and tear. Time to remodel and update this hotel! It's just sad. I will not stay at this property again.
