The tv service was down the entire time we were there. We called a couple of times and were assured that it was being fixed, but had no service all night. We paid for two rooms and neither room had service. There was a hair in the bathtub. Location was really good. Easy to get to and had a gas station and eating options nearby.

The staff was excellent. They quickly resolved any questions we had.
The location was great for us as we were traveling with our fur babies. There was lots of green space for them and the areas were well lit at night.
I will stay there again.
I arrived expecting the room that I saw on *******. That room offered more space and a seating area; however, upon arrival I learned that because I had requested an accessible room, that room was unavailable. That information was unavailable to me on the website.😔 I selected this property because it was pet friendly. There was no mention of the amount of the charge for this. Upon arrival I learned the extra charge was $20/dog per night. I feel all the information should have been available on the ******* booking site.

I loved how clean and open the rooms were. The staff was also super friendly and room service after we didn't awake the first call and they found we slept late had stopped coming as early as not to disturb our rest. The only thing i did not like was The quicktrip as we found some nasty things there but that does not pertain to the hotel. 50 out of 10 would definitely stay again.

We did not stay, the room smelled horrible, it was dirty and not a safe area at all! We checked in and checked right out! Around 30 people partying in the parking lot, would not ever go back or recommend to anyone.

We arrived at 2:45 on our check in day, was told we may not have clean towels in our room yet. No big deal. Given a 2nd floor room, and the elevator does not work, probably will not be repaired befor Monday. No first floor rooms were available.
Inquired what time the pool closed, 9:30 was the reply. Pool appeared was dirty, so we decided not to use that day. The toilet did not flush, the worker brought a plunger to handle the problem. Told we would have to plunger as needed, informed her I would call her to handle. Surprise found a first floor room available.
Day 2. We come back and think we will just put our feet in the pool, we had saw a worker at the pool earlier. The pool was padlocked, this was just not a pool needing cleaned. Our fire alarm goes off at 1:45am. No answer when calling the front desk. We go over to the front desk, maintenence is not on grounds, she does not have a battery and no ladder. We borrow a broom and knock the alarm down to return to the front desk. The ac sounds like a desiel engine starting up.
