When the real luxury is the simplicity, local spirit and good service, nothing else matters. This four star hotel is a classic hotel in Oviedo. We are clients since many years ago and everytime we take a tour to that city we always choose it. The hotel is placed a few meters away from the gorgeous gothic Cathedral and the pedestrian city center, so the place cannot be better located. Quality price relation is excellent, staff is friendly and beds are comfortable and full of plugs to charge phones and computers. Choice for Breakfast is good and with a domestic flavour. We will keep on returning to this hotel.

I love the character of this hotel, its charm is special and the rooms have a class. This time I was disappointed by the continuous passage of people from a colloquium, the noise of the rolling plate of the room service and I had neighbors especially the second night when I heard everything: their discussion, their physical noise, their television. It was hell, and I realized I was in a larger room, a passage through a simple door communicated with the next room (109/107). The hotel has a very good location, and it is very good for you to find a good location. On the other hand my room was quiet, but without double glass, the goods passing the night made me a party! The restaurant Mil Cent is in the centre of the hotel, with a nice restaurant, good products, pleasant reception, excellent iberic jam, Dilmah tea. Perfecto. Friendly and helpful personnel at the reception, as well as the cleaning staff. Great atmosphere, comfortable apartment with good beds, and a full set of kitchen equipment and accessories, including dishes. The cafe is good also. The location is convenient, close to downtown, cafeterias, shops, and a swimming pool. Free wi-fi, parking is available. I suppose I to was the best choice! Thanks for accommodation!

Surpass expectations of detail front desk customer satisfaction service. Our experience was A/C not cooling room. The front desk asked the maintenance specialist to check the room temperature, we asked for a fan they gave us a standing fan. The dinning room staff surpassed expectations, for a large group as we were 25 it was a buffet style, fresh foods, labeled. I recommend this hotel 100%

A fabulous building left from the hand of God by the town hall. You will enjoy excellent rooms, views (if there is no fog) good - depending on the room-. I understand that the location is not central, but Oviedo is not a big city, and in a short time you are anywhere, on foot. What is a pity is that the building has not been turned into a tourist destination (France or Italy would put it in the guides), leaving it to wither in isolation. We already know that Calatrava does not finish a work without anger, and the promise that the cover would move was not fulfilled. But the building is spectacular. The downside, without a restaurant in a hotel of such category, forces you to make plans away from it. People, room, cleanliness. Good Elevators should improve, bootlenecks occur. Place, not centered, but you can walk to the downtown in 10'

Super good service, especially because they have 24-hour reception, which is great because some flights have curiosous hours for check-in. Then the day I arrived (on 23:30) they made me a panini because there was nothing open to eat. It is on a walk to the center, and if you are driving a car, there is a lot of parking. I would certainly repeat :)

The hotel is very close to the city centre of Oviedo, and it is relatively easy to park. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. At the sixth floor there was quite noise, from a nearby machine room, I asked if I could change to a lower room and they told me that ”this noise was possible that I was also in the other plants, that normally nobody complains about it and that if I changed it would be tomorrow”, so given the low predisposition and empathy that this worker had to change my room (in low season I think it would have been simple ...) I chose to sleep with taps for the rest of the days.
