Our room on the first floor had little lighting and barely any air came in through the window.
It was very hot at night and the air didn't work well and it was horrible sleeping in the heat and humidity.
The hotel staff of 10!!! And the buffet breakfast was all very good and many things to choose from.
The location of the hotel is great because on top of that it is a quiet area.
I would repeat again!👌

Have no hesitation in staying here whilst visiting Oviedo. Modern building with fantastic staff who are very proud of their city, they are extremely helpful in advising god places to visit, eat and drink so that you can fully appreciate this lovely city. Comfortable bedroom , good reception areas and underground car parking. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Above all I want to value the great professionalism of all the staff. The professional attention and dedication is highly appreciated. It is the second time I have come to this hotel and if for some reason I returned to Oviedo, I would not hesitate to return.

Una experiencia pésima,el servicio de cafetero y camareros en general estupendo.nos dieron una habitación en muy malas condiciones,en la única planta que aún no se habían hecho reformas,y protestamos porque habíamos reservado una habitación confort en marzo,y cuando fuimos en agosto nos dieron la habitación más vieja que tenían en todo el hotel,cuando pedimos el cambio el señor de recepción puso muchos inconvenientes,pero su actitud cambió y ya no fue tan amable, también las toallas que poníamos para lavar en el suelo, nos las volvían a poner otra vez en las perchas sucias y también tuvimos que protestar para que nos las pusieran limpias, teniendo que bajar yo a recepción con las toallas sucias para que me dieran unas limpias, porque decían que ellos no podían. En fin no nos gustó nada al Hotel y no volveré a repetir en ese Hotel. Eso lo tengo clarísimo. Eso sí Oviedo. Me encantó.
