Reservamos una habitación para dos adultos y un niño. Y por eso cobran más que si son solo dos adultos, normal, cuál es nuestra sorpresa cuando llegamos hacemos el registro , y al subir a la habitación , solo tenemos una cama de matrimonio, donde piensan que va a dormir mi hija, por la que estoy pagando, lógicamente, nadie nos dice nada
Bajamos a recepción y lo decimos, que nos falta la cama de la niña, nos dice que sí que bueno que les sale en muy pequeñito en la reserva y que no disponen de la habitación familiar porque están arreglándola, y que tampoco tienen camas supletorias, que nos puede ofrecer que una niña de 6 años duerma sola en otra habitación, un sin sentido, muy a disgusto, con que omitan información, con que no dispongan de una solución para algo que saben de antemano, y que no tengan ninguna deferencia en compensación

Very central location and you can park in a nearby public car park which the hotel has a deal with so you get 20% off. It is on a busy road and the Windows need updating to block out very busy traffic and people noise. Did not sleep that night. Hotel staff were helpful but would not recommend this hotel due to noise.

Very convinient location near the old center of town is little and with deep red coverture making a bit strange effect a bit old fashion. The staff exectionally welcoming and nice. The breakfast very very mean.

We had booked a 3 night stay but extended it to 4 nights because it was so lovely. Our room and balcony had lovely views of the golf course. We ate all our meals at the hotel and found the food and drink prices very reasonable. The quality of the food was excellent.

How can a 4 star hotel provide a hair dryer in this condition? The only pillow available was the long European type pillow. Only one and nothing else. The only redeeming feature of the hotel is its location. The staff is correct but not friendly.

Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast offered. Some noise due to the technical systems of the building needing improvement. Sufficient bathroom accessory kit. Central location to visit Oviedo and Asturias.

The hotel drops a star. There was no air conditioning and the answer we were given was that a piece of Germany was missing. The sink faucet drain was clogged and water was not flowing. The magnifying mirror was missing, only the support was there.
