Ive had the pleasure of staying here a couple days a week for 4-5 months now. Not only is the location great, but the hotel is very clean! The beds and pillows felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel seems to be a bit older however, it has been nicely updated. The pool and fitness center are also very nice! They seem to be short staffed (like the rest of the U.S) however the employees they do have really are exceptional. Every time I’ve had contact with the staff the are friendly. Nicole at the front Desk is exceptional. She really seems to care! She had the answers to all my questions and was familiar with the area and had some great recommendations! Any request I have ie) room serviced, extra pillows, coffee, etc. have always been met. Customer service like this is hard to find, and is one of the many reasons I keep coming back.

The location is slightly biased, free parking, and the hotel is relatively new. The lobby is large and bright, the room equipment and hygiene are good, and the suite is convenient to use. The front desk service in the impression is general, lacks hospitality, is eager to complete its tasks, and does not pay attention to the needs of the guests. Breakfast is quite rich, there are fried eggs with Ming file, which can meet the general business travel.

We had a great stay - part of a wedding group and dozens of family members staying in this hotel. Staff was very friendly and plentiful...especially important in the morning during breakfast! The food was good and they did a good job of keeping things full and hot. My only complaint was that our king room was quite small and the headboard of the bed was against the wall shared with the bathroom...so ”noises” were a problem in the morning.

We stayed here on January 5. The property itself was very nice—large rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Our problem was dog-related. We checked in around 8 p.m. and went to our room to be immediately met with the consistent barking of a large dog in the adjacent room. We immediately called the desk and asked for another room. They didn’t have any other king rooms so the lady at the desk said she would come down and take a look. My husband waited for a few minutes then went up to the lobby when he didn’t see her. There was a steady stream of people checking in and the desk attendant was completely alone. My husband talked to her briefly and she called the room where the dog was, but of course, no one answered. She tried to move us to a room with 2 queens, but said she couldn’t register us to a different room because we had booked the room through AAA and the system wouldn’t allow her to make us keys. Eventually, she was able to call someone who told her just to take us to a room and let us in. To make things worse, the lady at the desk had a disability and walked with a walker. We felt terrible that she had to walk us to our room. We couldn’t believe there wasn’t a manager or security person who could have helped out. At some point during the night, they figured out how to make us keys and put them under our door. While my husband was in the lobby, another man came to the desk and said he needed another room because there was dog poop on the floor of his room. We’re okay with people travelling with their dogs, but this hotel obviously had some issues.

Excellent
LLeeMaryThere seemed to be very little staff working but that is due to many factors. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. The breakfast was not the best, but fair.
GGuest UserI've rarely stayed at Hyatt Hotels but I'm glad I did this time because it was a real treat. The rooms were well thought out, practical and yet stylish and clean. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way for me. And the breakfast was amazing. I've never had any hotel breakfast come close.
GGuest UserMy baseball team stayed at this hotel and we were very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms, the lobby, etc. The location was also great. My only concern was that the hotel closes the lobby down at 10:00PM per the signs all over the wall --they do this so there aren't noise issues at night for rooms down the hall from the lobby, etc. I was sort of OK with this, but annoyed as well because we often put the kids down for the night and then the parents all meet in the lobby of the hotel to wind down for the night and enjoy a drink or two. --So that makes this hotel less ”team friendly” in my opinion. I will say that what was even stranger is that after breakfast is over, they shut off all of the TVs and turn off the lights in what is a pretty large dining area with high top tables and at least 40+ seats (lobby/seating area) It appears to be their way of keeping people out of the area altogether. It gave the hotel a very ”we're shut down for the day” look and feel. I think the management needs to figure out a way to make the place more welcoming and allow for guests to be social in the common area of the lobby. I understand the closing down at 10:00PM -- but that may be a bit overboard as well on weekends. This hotel should consider opting out of the travelling team booking organizations since they have these rules and limits.
GGuest UserAlexandra and Kelly at the front desk are so friendly, helpful, responsive.... Those two make this hotel shine! They remembered me from past business trips and that's a good feeling. There is minimal to no street/highway noise. The water is Hot as soon as you turn it on! The bed is comfortable. The AC/Heat is pretty quiet - I've had some noise to none at all depending on the room. You ask for daily housekeeping and they don't miss a beat! The television remote has a sleep timer option and an actual tv guide - score! The lady in the kitchen (sorry I don't know her name) was always smiling. This will always be my first choice to stay when in town for business. I might change my mind if Alexandra and Kelly ever leave - just kidding - but they do make checking in fun!
Raj checked us in quickly and politely. We booked this room unexpectedly, so it was a very last minute choice. He asked us what brought us to town, which was a work conference. He told us about breakfast in the morning, which was better than most of the hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The only issue we had was with the card-reader on our door, Raj walked back up to the room with me and got us in, explaining it was probably due to a low battery. The room was large and well laid out, it was nice having a sitting area so my wife could finish a few work related things. The bathroom set up was good with an exterior vanity, making it easier for two people to get ready in the morning. The hotel was quiet, no noisy neighbors, and we thought the cleanliness was up to our standards. One hint I might give management would be about breakfast. Our routine at hotels is go down and grab a large plate for us to share, while my wife gets ready. I never use the coffee makers in the hotel room so I also grab us each a coffee. A carrying tray for people who have a lot to transport would be helpful. There was an elderly lady at breakfast who was actually asking for a tray for the same reason, and said someone had given her one the previous morning, but no one knew what she was referring to. Anyway, we would stay here again!
MMyty LouWe love Embassy Suites by Hilton! Number 1 reason for its safety and cleanliness! We stayed there for 6 nights, and it felt like home. They have a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, TVs in the bedroom and living room, and the crib we requested for the baby! Plus points for the laundry on the second floor! Their breakfast is great, but, you know, six days with the same breakfast? I'd rather sleep. LOL! Seriously, we love how cozy our room is!
GGuest UserA solo woman here! I stayed there for a whole month in March 2021 and in general, I liked the service. I recommend this place. Is not super fancy, looks a bit outdated but decent. I think the price was ok, very quiet at night, the staff was ok. The only major improvement I would suggest is having the housekeeping service consistent. My room was cleaned the first Friday but the next 3 Fridays no one showed up. Other than that the kitchen was fine, tv fine, bed ok, good parking space. Vending machines in case you need something to eat or drink. Go for it, is a good option.
