"The service was great! It was an elegant setting, clean and our stay was noise free. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious! Our only concern was it was advertised as free breakffast included and it was not included. This was an added expense and inconvenience to go somewhere else that has comparable food for less."

JJohn ReubenThe room was spacious but the aircon was leaking onto the carpet. The lighting was adequate and the beds were comfortable. Having breakfast included was definitely convenient because I had an early walk to the convention center. Daily cleaning was also a plus for this property.

JJessica Reese McIntyreStaff are friendly. No cleanliness issues. Smells clean, but not offensively so. Fitness room was standard but nice and clean. Breakfast was fine as well. Had hot food and not just cereal and toast. Shower had good water pressure. Indoor pool looked nice, but never visited it.
It is an older building but maintained from what I could tell. The tile in the bathroom was cold but clean. My only complaint is that adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference as the room was very cold. I just shut it off so it wouldn't blow cold air into the room as I was barely in the room except sleeping and getting ready for a workshop.
I plan to stay here in the future if I'm ever in the area.

MMyty LouWe love Embassy Suites by Hilton! Number 1 reason for its safety and cleanliness! We stayed there for 6 nights, and it felt like home. They have a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, TVs in the bedroom and living room, and the crib we requested for the baby! Plus points for the laundry on the second floor! Their breakfast is great, but, you know, six days with the same breakfast? I'd rather sleep. LOL! Seriously, we love how cozy our room is!

GGuest UserMotel lobby and breakfast area both closed in February 2023 door signed “closed due to Covid”. Appears real reason is just to save upkeep cost. Cold breakfast consists of 2 bars a package of low cost muffins and a tangerine. Room had missing facial tissues, missing wash cloth, stained carpet, damaged window covering. Dogs allowed and I got to listen to a barking dog all evening. Needless to say I’m going to choose other lodging in this area in the future.
