Het hotel heeft een kleine eigen parkeerplek. Vanaf die plek loop je naar beneden naar de tuin van het hotel. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Kamer is prima. Geen superluxe, maar simpel en doeltreffend. Prachtige tuin om ontbijt, wat te drinken of avondeten te nuttigen. We hebben avondeten daar genoten. De soep was heerlijk, maar ook de tajine was erg lekker. De sfeer in de tuin was erg goed. Ontbijt was heerlijk en meer dan voldoende. Het hotel was wel wat gehorig, maar er waren geen ‘feestgangers’, dus ‘s nachts geen geluidsoverlast gehad. De voorkant van het hotel ligt gelijk op de looproute naar beneden naar de bootjes voor de watervallen. Je kan ook de andere kant op om de watervallen van bovenaf aan de andere kant te bekijken. Ook daar ben je in een paar minuten. De ligging is daardoor super!

Este hotel foi uma verdadeira surpresa, no melhor sentido possível! Desde a receção até ao jantar, tudo foi impecável. Quero destacar especialmente o “amigo Tangerina”, que preparou a melhor tagine que comi durante as minhas férias em Marrocos — uma experiência gastronómica inesquecível! O dono está de parabéns, não só pela qualidade das instalações, mas também pela escolha do staff, que é extremamente atencioso. Os quartos estavam limpos e confortáveis, e a localização não poderia ser melhor: muito perto das cascatas, o que tornou a nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Recomendo vivamente! Tudo 5 estrelas! 🌟

L’hôtel en lui même est très propre, le personnel est sympa. Nous avons pas réservé avec booking pour réserver directement sur place.. ne faites jamais ça!!! La chambre coûte le triple du prix !!!! Le responsable est vraiment de mauvaise foi! Le prix sur booking était 55€ les 2 chambres, quand vient le moment de payer il nous dit que c’est 65 la chambre car il y avait 2 chambres dans une chambre d’hôtel, il nous a compté 50dh le petit déjeuner ( qui était très minime) alors qu’il était compris dans la réservation. RÉSERVEZ SUR UN SITE ET PAS SUR PLACE

We hebben hier 1 nacht geslapen. Het hotel bevind zich in een super leuk straatje met allerlei winkels en is heel dichtbij de watervallen. Het hotel heeft vriendelijk personeel. We hebben goed geslapen. Alleen de wc liep door, waardoor je de hele tijd een stromend water geluid hoorde. Lekker ontbeten.

Emplacement très stratégique. Cadre accueillant et sympathique. Hôtel pas cher, qualité en rapport... Avons trouvé que l'hygiène laissait à désirer. La chambre était petite et froide, heureusement que les couvertures étaient chaudes.

Hôtel très bien placé, proche des cascades d'Ouzoud, et disposant d'un parking gardé. Le personnel est super sympa et serviable. Les chambres sont jolies et propres. Nous reviendrons lors de notre futur voyage.

Hicimos la reserva por booking, al irnos no nos querían cobrar en tarjeta solo en metálico y no quisieron darnos ningún comprobante del pago. Nuestra sorpresa vino al día siguiente al ver que en la tarjeta nos habían vuelto a cobrar la estancia, llamamos varias veces al alojamiento para reclamar el dinero y nos daban largas, al final ni nos cogían el teléfono... Los lavabos muy antiguos y sucios y las paredes de papel, se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba fuera... No lo recomiendo para nada...

Nos cobraron por duplicado, una en metalico sin comprovante y otra por booking, obviamente al llamar se hicieron los longuis y nos colgaron, no os recomiendo ir allí, cuando alguien es un ladron lo es por mas buena cara que te ponga. Una pena de lugar.
