we loved the pousada, the rooms were lovely with a view over the pool and the greenery. We wondered why there were woolly blankets and at night time we understood. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the location was good for us. Away from the busy areas of OP, and convenient enough for a stroll after dinner.

Nem cheguei a me hospedar, estava cotando um grupo mas devido a falta de educação e péssimo atendimento do setor de reserva não consegue. Funcionária Tuani sem educação abre mensagens e não responde nem bom dia. Péssima em negociar. Fica a dica agências quando precisar negociar já sabem o que iram passar. Segue as fotos do mal atendimento.

Excelente pousada Todos são muito delicados e atenciosos. Os proprietários são simpáticos demais. A comida no café da manĥã é deliciosa. Quartos espaços e gostosos. Me senti totalmente em casa sem vontade de sair. Agradeço muitíssimo por tudo.

Pousada com uma equipe muito cortês. Café da manhã com variedade. Ficamos num quarto simples, mas adoramos o charme das fechaduras, portas e janelas antigos. Uma piscina e área externa legal. Não nadamos mas curtimos sentar pra relaxar e apreciar a vista antes de deitar. Tenho impressão de que a propriedade tem história, mas não consegui descobrir.

Os quartos são razoáveis, mas o difícil é chegar até eles! Muita escada, mas muita mesmo!! E na parte de fora do prédio! A recepção fica lá em cima, no nível da rua, o salão do café um pouco mais pra baixo, o meu quarto mais pra baixo ainda, e a garagem, mais pra baixo ainda!! A tv a cado não funcionava, arrumaram, mas depois quebrou de novo! O sensor de iluminação do corredor quebrou, e o quarto ficou totalmente claro toda madrugada, porque em cima da porta de entrada é de vidro transparente. Não tem área de convivência fechada, apenas um sofá na entrada da pousada! Como choveu, tínhamos que ficar no quarto! Tudo isso aconteceu em apenas dois dias! Iríamos ficar quatro dias, mas não aguentamos, fomos embora no segundo.

Pousada muito aconchegante, quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Café da manhã simples, mas saboroso. Atendimento impecável da equipe da pousada. Único ponto negativo são as escadas, quem fica hospedado na parte debaixo da pousada sofre para subi-las.

Ar condicionado fazia barulho. Café da manhã razoável, mas todos os funcionários muito gentis. O corredor que dava pro quarto não estava com um cheiro bom, mas ele não entrava no quarto. Air conditioning was noisy. Reasonable breakfast, but all the staff were very kind. The hallway leading to the room didn't smell good, but it didn't go into the room.

Quarto muito limpo . Roupa de cama ótima . Só lamentamos a falta de informação sobre a quantidade de degraus até os quartos . Deveriam prevenir antes dos 80 e tantos !!!! No mais muito agradável Pessoal muito atencioso e prestativos em nós atender
