Das Hotel liegt nur einen kurzen Fußweg von einem Parkhaus und der Altstadt entfernt. Die Gegend ist nachts ruhig, und das Hotel ist mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Grund, warum ich keine fünf Sterne geben kann, ist, dass der Abfluss in der Dusche nicht richtig funktionierte, was zu einem überfluteten Badezimmer während unseres Aufenthalts führte.

La estancia fue muy agradable. Los recepcionistas y el personal, en general, son todos muy amables. La habitación: muy tranquila, acogedora y confortable. El desayuno quizá debería ser algo más variado: más tipos de fiambre/queso, huevos revueltos/fritos, bacon... Aun así, una experiencia excelente para volver a repetir.

No utilizamos el servicio de desayuno, así que, en ese aspecto, no puedo opinar.
Ubicación, muy buena, el hotel está muy cerca de la zona centro de Orense, pero fue fácil aparcar por los alrededores,
Habitación y baño, limpios y correctos. Buena relación calidad/ precio. Volveríamos a alojarnos en él.

Hotel totalmente nuevo en el pleno centro histórico de Ourense con spa. El desayuno excelente: muy variado y con productos para celíacos, leche de avena, fruta, etc. Las habitaciones y baño impecables, la ducha excelente. La relación calidad-precio inmejorable.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Great location; closed to the historic area but not in the middle of it and all the tourists and noise. We didn’t try the spa.
