No puedo dar valoración ninguna,no pudimos realizar nuestro viaje por qué mi pareja el día antes de iniciar nuestro viaje se puso y sigue indispuesto por motivos de salud.
Enviamos documentos para justificar,( no solicitábamos devolución del dinero) pero mantenerla para otra fecha, etcétera,que no sirvió para nada por qué fue rechazada.
Trip muchas gracias por vuestra comprensión.

Hotel prefecto, con relación calidad precio magnífica. Está alejado del centro histórico, pero es perfecta la localización si no te importa caminar. Aparcamiento difícil, parking de pago cerca.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We checked in after hours, which worked perfectly with the emailed lockbox code. Desk staff (the next day) were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage while we visited the town. The location is great for those traveling by train. It's a bit further into the center of Ourense, but still very walkable.

Muy buen hotel, moderno, nuevo, limpio y a tiro de piedra del centro de la ciudad. Personal de recepción, super amables, proactivos y piedra angular del hotel. Estamos agradablemente sorprendidos por la categoría oficial del hotel y lo que realmente ofrece.....parece de mucha más categoría. Buen desayuno buffet, con lo más elemental pero sin faltar nada. Alojamiento ideal para hospedarse y conocer cómodamente la ciudad de Orense, a un precio muy ajustado. Zona fácil de encontrar aparcamiento. Centro histórico a 15 minutos andando

Ayer 28 de diciembre jueves entremos a las 15:30 habitación 402 cuarta planta para dejar las maletas y nos dimos cuenta que la puerta corrediza del baño estaba súper dura que hacía falta dos personas para cerrarla ósea estaba atascada,al bajar se lo comentemos a la recepcionista y al entrar de nuevo al hotel seguía igual no nos hizo caso la puerta seguía atascada y los colchones súper incómodos ya que se gincaba los muelles en la espalda no volveremos por falta de atención limpio estaba y reformado pero muy pica atención por parte del personal

Es un hotel pequeño ubicado al frente de la estación de tren y buses por lo que la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Es Limpio, cómodo, su personal amable y la zona segura para caminar . El desayuno es a buen precio y ofrece variedad. El hotel no tiene recepción las 24 horas pero nos enviaron el código y la instrucción para entrar. No tuvimos inconveniente alguno. Sin duda lo recomiendo
