Positives: The mint tea was very tasty and authentically poured in the Moroccan style. Evening entertainment was very fun for the first day or two, though got very stale very quickly as it was the same two acts every night singing the same songs and doing the same dances. The pool area was lovely, offering a great choice of sunbeds and cabanas. The staff in the restaurant Massa were generally lovely and friendly, engaging positively with children and participating in the entertainment, creating a relaxed vibe. The room was spacious and featured some nice decor. Negatives The shower had inconsistent temperature for the whole of our stay, constantly running hot then cold every 15 seconds. There was an instance where the water stopped working entirely. The hotel was stingy with essential amenities like water and toilet paper. This was particularly problematic as there were no nearby shops, forcing guests to pay for water if we wanted more than the one bottle provided, one situation being that we asked for an extra water to our room and they said of course and that our room hadn't been cleaned, they then called back saying if we want our room cleaned we need to leave the sign outside saying so to which I replied yes we did that but they didn't come still (though the tone they said this was a little bit patronising), they also said that oh by the way you also need to pay for your extra water, which when it came was smaller than the ones they usually provided for free. In another, existing toilet paper was removed during room cleaning and not replaced for some reason, requiring a call to reception. The included buffet food (breakfast and dinner) was below mediocre, verging on poor and every night we were left unsatisfied. There was a significant difference in quality between the included food and the food available for purchase, leaving you unsatisfied and compelling you to buy lunch (which was fairly decent). The zoo area was incredibly smelly, and the noise from the birdcages was very loud. Upon arrival, the first impression of the hotel was underwhelming due to ongoing building work, which made the premises look unfinished and messy and really didn't look anything like the pictures online, the tables surrounded by orange trees were nowhere to be found... Despite the nice room decor, there was a persistent issue with numerous flies entering the room, likely due to the proximity of the zoo enclosure and cleaning staff leaving the door open whilst cleaning. Smoking in public areas was unpleasant for non-smokers. The room cleaning schedule was very unpredictable, with cleaning times varying significantly from as early as 11 am to as late as 4 pm, making it difficult to plan. The handling of some dead birds around the pool area was unprofessional and disturbing, with one instance of a staff member kicking a dead bird into a tree area after we had notified another member of staff about a dead bird floating in the pool which was fished thrown in the bin.

We stayed here as a family of three for a week. The whole site is one of the most stunning and unique places we have ever visited. The architectural and interior design blends seamlessly between the traditional and modern yet exudes peace and tranquility. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed which is what we wanted, we loved how small and friendly the hotel was. Even in late October it was sunny and we spent lots of time around the pool reading and playing table tennis. The staff are very attentive and kind and went above and beyond to arrange everything from airport transfers to local visits, entertainment, birthday celebrations and even playing tennis and football with our active teenager. The food was fresh and plentiful with daily variety for both breakfast and dinner not easy at such a boutique hotel. The animal park was beautifully maintained with happy animals which were clearly well looked after by the many staff we observed each day. We have already recommended the hotel to lots of friends and family and hope they enjoy it as much as we did ! Staff to be highly commended Mohammad Butter, Kammil and Said we attentive, diligent and nothing was ever a problem Yussef the animateur was fantastic playing ping pong tennis and football with our 15 year old organising shows which highlighted local traditional entertainment - superb And aya and ismael on reception highly professional and nothing was ever a problem.

We booked this hotel via Voyage Privé and were due to travel with our baby at the end of April having prepaid for our trip. On the sunday night before we were due to travel (departure on Tuesday afternoon) the hotel cancelled our stay due to ‘circumstances outside their control’ and reallocated us to a very substandard hotel on the Agadir hotel ***** (a large all inclusive resort with over 400 guests in companions to this 14 room tranquil environment). On arrival at the airport we found out during our airport transfer that we had been reallocated because of a high profile party booking out the hotel at the last minute so they could no longer accommodate us. We felt this was unfair discriminatory practice given that we had already paid for our stay and it was cancelled at such late notice and the hotel we were provided as an alternative was nothing at all like the experience we were supposed to have. Very disappointing and ruined our holiday which we were very much looking forward to.

We had such a fantastic stay at Domaine Limoune. We stayed in a lodge was fabulous. The grounds, gardens, pools, bar areas are all stunning. The staff are so lovely, special shout out to Aya on reception and Kamal who went above and beyond for us. They are building 25 new lodges and a new spa, very exciting times! I would love to go back

We stayed for 5 nights in one of the pool view lodges. Absolutely loved our stay! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The lodge was fantastic! Very spacious and kept beautifully clean every day. It was really great to have private sun loungers on our terrace as well as being able to use the poolside ones. The swimming pools were stunning! Beautifully kept grounds, palm trees and the orange trees were lovely! The scent of orange blossom was divine! The animal park was a lovely addition to our stay! So nice to wander around and all the animals seemed happy and very well cared for. The restaurant Massa was fabulous! Lovely food and a great ambiance! We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family!

As everyone has stated the resort itself it is beautiful the pool area stunning , Major problem many of the staff don’t speak much English so so much was lost in translation. We had a package from flights to transport and a half board dinner. Check in was really smooth our luggage was taken we were offered a drink which was nice. This is where it gets weird the receptionist asked us to take a picture with our phone about the spa & treatments. I was a bit taken back l have travelled all over world and stayed in a lot of hotels. And the information was available in the room . Anyway a manager escorted us to our room on arrival we realised the room was upstairs and no lift . As 2 members of our group had mobility issues. The most able of the group went up to count how many stairs. I requested to see the room however we were told they were all the same. So we took the room downstairs that we were offered. We were told it was only for one night and we would be moved to the room next door on Monday The room was nice and quiet spacious and king size bed and a massive sofa which I slept on and it was comfortable. We were fine with moving to the next room as a couple were going to have our room. Also that they would move our luggage and a valuables would be left in the hotel safe. We had organised a trip for the next day via reception we were taken by reception to the car park where there was a taxi waiting. I asked if there was air conditioning and it was a no this was a first for me we were advised the driver spoke English. I got into the front seat and my friends at the back l put my seat belt on then one of my friends there was no seat belt. As the driver did not speak English he called the receptionist back to interpret for us. I explained our concerns about the air conditioning she asked him about this he told us no taxi have air conditioning. I then asked about the seat belt we were told it was not necessary to wear one. The taxi was quite dirty and there was something strange instead of carpet on the floor, It was at this point we decided not to use the unsafe transport. We then went on line to find alternative trips this was with a company I have used on numerous occasions. As it was not possible to get a trip that day we went to seat by the pool waiting for our room to be available. The pool area was lovely and we decided to have lunch with cocktails. We were not called or advised that our room was ready we saw a member of staff and asked him if the room was ready. He came to say it was we were taken to the room next door we were in shock when we saw the room we couldn’t speak. That also squeezed in another bed right next to the king size. We were quite depressed as it was horrible and small. No big screen smart tv which was a shame as we had Netflix membership. This was to much so l went to reception with my friend we explained that we were not happy with the room and the few channels on the tv we’re in French. The manager said that it

I recently visited this villa with my family, excited to see the giraffes as advertised on their large posters along the road. Unfortunately, we found out that there were no giraffes at all. This was a huge letdown, as we specifically chose to visit the place for this reason. We paid the entrance fee, expecting the experience to live up to the advertisement, but it didn’t. While the hotel and restaurant were fine. They need to update their advertising to reflect what’s actually available.

We were greatly disappointed in our stay in this hotel which is open to the public during the day (this information was not transmitted) you all share with people who come from outside, namely the animal park, the swimming pool, the restaurant, a total lack of security, we did not choose a campsite but a Resort! A hotel must present an accommodation offer in accordance with the description of its services but Domaine Limoune has made misleading and deceptive advertising at all levels and its policy is not oriented towards customer loyalty but express profitability. We opted for half-board so as not to have to worry about finding a restaurant in the middle of nowhere, the evening meal was systematically the same of poor quality and the quantities were insufficient. There were only small plates from starter to dessert which made self-service difficult. No activities offered, either inside or outside the Domaine, no Kids Club to take care of the children. You are left to yourselves lost in a sad atmosphere which has nothing to do with a summer season. The SPA does not exist in the Domaine, it is just under construction, incredible!! Work sites everywhere with a total absence of signage in the area where there is work, we must continually be behind our children in order to avoid any accidents. Such services are unworthy of a 4-star hotel.
