Due the major sickness of my friend we can’t travel and we try to refund the Aour booking but there no any consideration even we submitted a Medical report. I don understand it’s not refundable but atlest this kind of reason have exemption.

Outstanding Stay!
My stay was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable, the location was perfect, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Highly recommend and would gladly return!

Everything is fine but window is dont cover noice from outside, bed too hot, homeless dog barking all night and night ahifting, difficult to sleep.

Location is terrible because metro construction on the street and some parts of street closed and difficult to find by taxi, must drive around trough dangerous crowded and with a lot of trash around small streets

The location was horrible, just on a closed road because of the subway constructions. The hotel is old, I faced a problem with the bathroom the first two days. The team was friendly and ready to help.
