We do not recommend this establishment... In order: overall house given very dirty. the guard does not have the gate keys so he sometimes waits for hours and in the rain for the tenants to arrive. The next day the electricians came, and took the day to repair it (a lost day of vacation for the family) . The box spring in one of the rooms was in a catastrophic state (my wife and I had to sleep on the floor during the entire stay). Electrical sockets poorly fixed to the ground, very dangerous. When you have a young child. Faulty household appliances: microwave that doesn't work, washing machine that doesn't work well, and fridge that doesn't close properly, causing problems with food preservation and puddles of water in the living room every day.
