Ottrott is a pretty and quiet village in the Vosges mountains and popular with hikers and visitors to the monastery and castles nearby. Worth visiting. The rooms are medium size. Shower-room good size. A smart restaurant serving dishes more in liking with Bavarian food, sauerkraut, wiener schnitzel, sausage and other dishes. Good staff and professional. A building project behind the hotel is in progress. This may be negative but we were not staying around the hotel during the day and it did not bother us. There is a courtyard in-front of the hotel for eating and drinking, otherwise the hotel has no garden.

A very pretty quiet village in a popular walking area due to the ruined castles and monastery in the hills around. The hotel is in a great location, the concierge very helpful and rooms clean and good standard. At present there are building works next door so the peace is disturbed during the day. I cannot say it was much of a problem as we were not at the hotel during the day hours but out walking. The restaurant menu swings towards veal, sauerkraut and dumplings. Breakfast was functional and could easily be improved with more variety.

Away from the touristy areas of Alsace, a lovely and comfortable hotel with parking! We had a quiet room overlooking the half timber building across the narrow lane. We really came for Michelin restaurant, which was super. We really felt that we were out in wine country here.

The L'Ami Fritz was our first night's accommodation as part of a bike tour. It was a lovely hotel and our room was very spacious and nicely soundproofed. We ate dinner in the hotel's restaurant and had a very enjoyable meal that catered for my food allergies. Breakfast was in the restaurant too and provided great buffet with Nespresso coffee available.

This hotel was amazing and the room we had with a small private balcony was wonderful. They also have a wonderful breakfast and a beautiful private spa facility with Jacuzzi tub, sauna and steam room that you can reserve! Staff was SENSATIONAL and would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who wants to have a wonderful and quiet getaway

Nous avons partagé un déjeuner délicieux en famille et avec des amis. À ma demande, la table avait été dressée en terrasse à l'ombre fraiche des vieux platanes, idéalement pour fêter un moment unique... En prime, le service a été souriant, attentionné, et avec de l'humour, que souhaiter de plus ? Merci !

Un restaurant très ombragé, nous y sommes rentrés par hasard mais aucun regret. 6 personnes avec 5 plats différents. Tous étaient très copieux et excellents. Entre amis, en couple, avec des enfants, très bien placé par rapport à tous les restaurants. Je conseille vivement ce restaurent. De plus prix très convenables.

Nous n avons pas séjourné à l hôtel mais nous y avons dîné. La terrasse est très agréable. Le service manquerait d une touche de sympathie mais les plats étaient très bons ! C est un peu cher cependant (menus à 50 ou 60€ sans que ça soit de la cuisine gastronomique).
