Perhaps not the most attractive location in an industrial area near the autobahn, but who cares? This hotel offers nice rooms for a fair price, perfect for breaking up a long journey. Cannot understand the recent review. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful from reception to the cleaners. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots to choose from, fried eggs were not overcooked or greasy, fresh bread and rolls, big muesli selection, fresh fruit... The bed and room were clean and comfortable and not overheated, like many other hotels. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and as buses to and from the centre come every 10 minutes most of the day. We had a mix-up with credit card payment too, but it was all sorted out quickly and professionally. We will return next time in Bremen!

A 4 star hotel in a very beautiful environment, directly opposite the main railway station, close to a beautiful park, and at the same time in the centre of Bremen. The staff in the store are very enthusiastic and the service is in place. During the epidemic, guests can also enjoy a complete 4-star reception and service👍

I stayed at Niu Crusoe between 27 september to 1st October after booking ”any where” at relatively short notice following the birth of my Grandson in Bremen a week before. I was concerned when i reaslised how close it was to the airport and the noise there may be. I need not have worried as although the terminal is 6 minutes walk away the sound proofing means you hear nothing, as long as window closed and even when its open very little. The hotel is 12 mintues tram ride from Bremen central station and trams run every 15 minutes. The tram stop is a very short walk from Nui. When i arrived i wasnt sure that it was the correct place as Crusoe is not mentioned in the signage. The desk staff were helpful and friendly and one went above and beyond by coming to my room 321 to try and sort theTV for me. Thank you. If you dont require fesh towels and bedding you are given a drink voucher for a coffee/tea/small beer/smal glass of wine, I enjoyed that and the male staff member who explainned it to me was lovely, very chatty and a credit to the hotel. I didnt catch his name and i regret that. Thank you The room was clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of space for what i needed. Free wifi and a link on TV to access the fim library. No English speaking channels so that was great. I was anxious about travelling with all its new hoops to jump through but was settled as soon as i arrived there. Would definatley recommend.
