The Bungalow we have booked was brand new and very clean. The park was very well maintained. It offered a lot of entertainment for the kids and a very relaxing vacation for us. Washing the clothes was easy using the laundromats next to the reception, the dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine worked well, as well as the smart TV which you can connect with any subscription services you already have. The bedsheets and towels we have booked in advance were very clean and easy to use. The indoor pool was clean and a lot of fun as well as the lake with a sandy beach. There are a lot of events so be sure to book them or buy tickets, like a circus that was built for one evening. The site is located right next to the De Hoge Veluwe national park that is very easy to reach by car or bike. Also, it is very near to Apeldoorn, Arnhem and Nijmegen which are historic towns with a lot to experience. All in all, we were very satisfied, thank you for your friendliness and support.

Nice park and very clean. Also a beautiful location close to beautiful nature. Unfortunately, it is unsafe at our house, in the front garden. So I walked with my bags along a path over a tile to our house. These tiles appeared to be loose in a kind of hole half a meter deep. The tiles broke when I walked over them and my leg fell through. As a result, my leg was completely open and in a lot of pain. I could have broken my leg, or one of my sons could have fallen through it. Report this to reception and also show my broken leg. I had to send an email, but there was no response. Also, two days later, Len still had the tiles half loose over the hole, with all the consequences that entailed.

Stayed in a small wellness house. Beautiful surroundings and a lovely house! Relax in a park where everything is available. A swimming pool, restaurant, mini supermarket. Friendly staff and plenty to do!

Houses furnished with taste and with every comfort (oven, dishwasher, fireplace with chromotherapy, garden furniture for both lunches/dinners and moments of relaxation, car parking adjacent to the house and staff). The park has a beautiful location, in the woods and a swimming pond. Otterlo is 1.5 km away, where you can do your shopping. We stayed in a cube elite 6. This type has a beautiful spacious living room with gas fireplace, spacious seating area and dining table. Master bedroom has its own shower and sink. The third bedroom can be reached via a steep staircase and you cannot stand in the room itself (roof). The bathroom is an open space to that bedroom. It would have been nicer if the bathroom itself could be closed. Check in was difficult, envelope was lost, they were forwarded to the house at the front and sent back there. Information provision also very poor (can't even mention a walk from the park). Restaurant cannot be used due to lack of staff. Swimming pool, very limited opening hours due to lack of staff. Wellness, the same, so it turned out to be completely full. Indicate this at the reception, you will not seriously enjoy it, the same if you send an email. All in all, a nice park, but you pay for facilities that you cannot use.

Stayed in a tiny house for a weekend, had little to complain about! Her house was the cutest, the place where the houses are located is very cozy and nicely decorated, there is privacy but you can also enjoy the company of the neighbors. Great with our 3 year old. I would advise Europarcs to make something of a retractable or collapsible stair gate in these houses, because the ladder to the single beds is quite high and only one person will have to pee at night and forget that there are no stairs!! We also discovered that there is no bathroom mat, and there is no sponge + washing up liquid, so that was a bit difficult, especially because the park shop is open at strange times and closed for a long time during the afternoon! (Just like the chip shop, by the way). Also keep in mind that there is a tiny boiler in the tiny house, so doing the dishes and showering in succession is a refreshing experience. In the evening we were at our campfire with the neighbors, accompanied by the head of security who came to take a look, a friendly guy who could tell us how the park has improved recently. (We also learned from him that the park is not a fan of large groups of young people, and is therefore very strict about this in advance, which is clearly reflected in other reviews) The park looks neat, the play areas near the water are suitable for several ages suitable. Glad we went for the wellness villa because it has 2 bathrooms. On the top floor there is even an infrared sauna. The house was very modern and neatly furnished and was located directly on the water. Definitely a nice place in the summer because you have your own terrace by the water. Neatly arranged check-in upon arrival. Everyone received an oliebol in the car and the lady came to hand over the folder and key to the car. Being able to stay in the car wonderfully relaxed. An excellent and spacious park, definitely worth repeating.
