2-Star Hotels in Ottawa

Had a great and lovely experience at the hotel. Despite the fact that I arrived earlier than standard check in time, I still had the privilege to check in earlier only by paying a surcharge of $40 CAD. The gym and indoor pool made the experience unforgettable. Hotel is also only 5mins drive away from Ottawa international airport

Booked a signature suite for 3 adults and the room was perfect. It was huge and well-equipped. If you needed extra towels or amenities such as shower gel, you could get them from the corridor. There’s also a gym and a laundry room. Breakfast was included, which offered juice, fruits, cereal, and burgers.

Conveniently located right next to bus stop that will take you to main attractions in the city, luggage drop off before and after check in and check out allowed which makes trip planning much easier. However, breakfast is just a muffin, a small yogurt and a small pack of juice in a takeaway bag which is very disappointing.

Very good hotel, warm and cozy when you enter, the service is kind and friendly. Both the front desk service and the restaurant service are great! Although there is ”Chinese service” when booking online, there is no Chinese service at the hotel front desk, but it is very convenient to communicate in simple English, no problem at all. The stay experience is great! It is worth mentioning that the location of the hotel is very good, whether it is walking to various attractions, Rideau Shopping Center, or dining, it is extremely convenient! Highly recommended!

Very kind staff, very clean hotel, wonderful breakfast staff, nice gym and swimming pool and close to the train station. The hotel was quiet in the night, the room was nice and cozy and I liked how they had your name as the ”Welcome” on the TV screen. Everything in the room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

Trip was a carry over from the last trip. I booked right there when I was checking in for my first stay. Mariam was great!! She helped me the next morning get the room sorted out, as the third party booked with using my last name first instead of how they first booked. She was also able to let me stay in the same room instead of having to change rooms for one more night. She was a gem to work with!! She is definitely a staff that anyone would want!!! Pleasant friendly happy and patient!! All the staff were friendly and helpful and not afraid to chat with you. Your team is awesome and I would definitely stay there again if coming back. Only downfall is no swimming pool which is what my young kids high light is of a hotel stay. When traveling alone..this would be my go to hotel!

Next to the airport, the breakfast variety is not much, but it is delicious, and the room is spacious! Free parking is provided, waiting for the airport, and it is the first choice for self-driving travel. I will definitely book it again next time.

Room is clean except table space a little too small. Breakfast is good especially the hard boiled eggs which were without the shell. I love the various range of coffee provided: light, medium and strong. I took the Strong version and it tastes very good even without sugar and milk. Location is very convenient with ample parking lots. Staff are friendly and helpful

The hotel, facilities, staff and complimentary breakfast were all excellent. This hotel should be rated as a five star!

Generally speaking, the location of the Youth Hostel is very good. Ottawa is not very concentrated, the highlight is to catch up with the Queen's funeral service. There are too many Ottawa homeless, and the Youth Hostel is lined up. The Youth Hostel is very clean, and the younger brother is hygienic. I am also the first time I am mixed with men and women. It is good to sit in a hard sleep. Every day, bed in the morning, wake up late and late, basically no embarrassment. Impressed was the rainy day after visiting the National Gallery and sitting in the cafe drinking coffee. The years were quiet, and the domestic chickens and dogs jumped, thinking when they would return to normal, couldn't help but cry.
