Great location, great views from the balcony. Loved it had separate rooms & x2 bathrooms so ideal to share but have own space. Only issue was had to ask for extra towels, washing powder as the room was not checked the whole time and stayed 8nights. Also cos we left on a Sunday couldn’t leave our bags anywhere & had a night flight so was inconvenient when friends stayed at cheaper apartments close by & had this facility. Apart from that really liked the apartment.

The flat was a nice design, however rundown. The bedroom side tables were in a terrible condition, trim hanging off wardrobe doors, bathroom door didn’t close all the way, lamp shades squint, dusty, front plates on socket in kitchen cracked, bowl cracked, toaster not working. The noise was horrendous the first 3 nights. No front desk to contact when we arrived Sat until Mon to ask for a different room. By Mon we were too tired to care. Email I sent Fri AM I never got a response. Very disappointing experience. The noise on the Sat and sun was from a stage nearby for the Pride Festival. You couldn’t hear yourself think inside the flat. This went on to 11:30AM Sat and 11pm Sun. This event happens annually in Aug. Although a non smoking facility we couldn’t open the balcony doors because of the smell of cigarette smoke. The temps outside were mid 75s and we had to keep the blinds shut AM and afternoon if in because of the heat.

This property is in desperate need of quality measures. The bed was collapsed, THC candy in the nightside table when we checked in, mold in the washer, pool closed without notification before check in. All the little things together make it a nuisance to stay here. Toaster broken, batteries in remote broken, wrong time on the clock.

The unit itself was impeccable and we felt safe.
Super sterile and clean.
Many homeless in the area but security was good.
No welcome note or thank you card, impersonal.
Overall the stay was great.

The area was fantastic, beautiful brand new building massive deck with great views. Comfortable beds, safe and secure lobby and elevator system. A stones throw or a pebbles kick to any delicious restaurant or historical buidling. Could not have asked for a better location or stay.
