The room was clean and I liked the facility as well. The room was spacious, which is something I enjoyed. I had a problem with the service though, which I eventually had to call Marriott customer service, but other than that, I liked it. I was able to walk to the Parliament. If you are looking for a spacious room, this might be a good choice.

A nice hotel with great location; close to the Parliament Hill, Chinatown, and very accessible by public transportation.

Great location for metro riders. Friendly staff and you can find Tim Hortons downstairs if you need some breakfast.

We just stayed for 1 night, the room was clean and comfortable. 25$ for overnight parking was a bit much I felt. The location is not the best for a Saturday/Sunday since it is an office area and almost everything around in walking distance is closed, just Tim Hortons and Startbucks is open.

Great hotel right in the downtown Ottawa. Check in was smooth and no issues with room.

Location is good, near to metro station. However, the bathroom shower is awful. Only got super hot water or cold water for bath.

Great hotel for work, convenient location.

We came here for our first wedding anniversary. Parking was easy to find. Our check-in was fast and the young lady who helped us was very friendly. Our room was not very big but it was nice. The air conditioning worked well which was great on a very hot day, and the TV was able to connect to our Netflix account. We had told the hotel that it was our anniversary and they stopped by with a bag with some treats and happy anniversary balloons, which was very nice! There is even a card that a number of the hotel staff signed. The location was great, we were right by the subway so you could hop on to go to the byword market very easily, or it was about a 10-minute walk. We visited for Blues fest and it was also very easy to get there from this hotel. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel

The facilities, service, location of the hotel, and price are all excellent. However, it feels a bit old, perhaps because it is a bit old. Nevertheless, the fact that there is a TV that is connected to OTT shows that the hotel is following the latest trends.
