Good and convenient location with friendly customer service staff recommended!

Great hotel; rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, and the amenities were very nice. Hotel gym was small but well-appointed. Restaurant is large and had a great view; food was adequate, nothing special, and pretty expensive for what it was.

Hotel location is great. Checking by Jasbir was very efficient, smooth, quick and I was checked in in less than 10 minutes. Room - very clean, everything that I needed for a 2 day trip was good. I suggest upgrading the work chair - it should have a mechanism to not not rock back and stay upright. Coffee station was clean, washrooms very clean, housekeeping staff was very polite and pleasant. Overall a great hotel and will use it in the future when I stay in Ottawa.

It was exactly what I expected from a Hilton. The room was spotless, and larger than I needed as a solo traveler. Check-in was quickly handled by a polite and efficient professional. I had dinner in the hotel bar, and was pleased with the service in there as well. Also, there was plenty of parking, and the hotel location was convenient for my purpose.

The hotel room itself was very clean but extremely dated but that's to be expected other than that I was quite pleased with our stay
