property was nearly new so it was in good condition and very clean !
The area is so new that the survey data has not been submitted to Garmin, this was not the fault of the landlord but it was a problem for me as I do not have a smartphone.

The unit was very clean, the beds were comfy and warm. the basement gets a little chilly but it’s wasn’t that bad, and the blankets did their job. thank you again for the wonderful stay!

The entire space had a very unpleasant smell, like heavy body odour (though it was superficially clean). It is in an isolated area. There appeared to be upstairs tenants, who were quite loud. You could hear them coming up and down the stairs often. The other guests argued and spoke loudly on their phones, pacing in the common area. More than once, they flickered the lights outside my room on and off, over and over. This went on until at least 1 am. The whole experience was very sketchy. I used the shared bathroom only briefly, and left as quickly as possible. I would have honestly felt safer in a hostel.

The listing lied about the room, it was a house with 3 bed rooms for 3 different people or couples. when we got there there was a person in bed room 1, we had no. 2. unknown about no. 3.
Nothing was said on ******* about it being a rental group house with one bath room.

Really nice place. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked to cook and the coffee/tea situation for the morning was wonderful. The area has everything you need to do some shopping or get groceries.
I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
