The air conditioner in the unit was not working so the unit was very hot. Particularly sleeping at night. Also the kettle was broken. Otherwise the unit was beautiful. I would stay there again and highly recommend to my friends and family.

Great! But where is my Bill?
I had to extend my stay by a day for business. SoHo was able to do that, which was great. However, I have requested the receipt for the extra day a few times now and have not received a reply. I need the receipt so that I can claim the business expense.

I do not recommend poor in hospitality. I stayed in a room where there was lots of dog hair or cat who knows not up to my standards. Overall, I did not like my stay here, so do it at your own risk. And their garage door hit my car. They did not do anything about it and were very rude towards me. Terrible stay I do not recommend.

The condition of the suit is good, the washing machine is dirty, and the mattress of the bed was really uncomfortable compare with any other hotels my wife and I stayed. Could not sleep properly due to the sunk mattress surface, and both our back hurts after sleeping. If this can be solved than overall is good.

Very difficult to contact on the weekend so had a hard time confirming after hours check in and parking option. Otherwise, this place is great

Very clean, spacious, modern space. Some toiletries provided. Great location in Little Italy. Great value for price. Nice amenities in the apartment. Parking underground for a fee.
Two areas for improvement are 1. The mattress in my unit was a little warped in the middle. Not as comfortable as I had hoped. 2. Communication is limited. I did not get the check in email but got there for check-in before concierge closed at 5. They did not respond to my message on ******* about parking. When I called, nobody answered. Took three tries to get someone on the phone. Very helpful once I reached them. This is not a traditional hotel set up so I understand communication can be limited but this is an area for improvement. That said, I would definitely return as I have the process down pat now.
