The experience was great. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast and dinner provided are sumptuous. They provide shuttle bus services connecting to various JR stations so no need take taxi at all.

Spacious room with all necessary amenities. Very friendly staff with professional service. Both breakfast and dinner are perfect. The outdoor onsen is perfect.

Nice dinner, nice hot spring

The price-performance ratio is not high, and the surrounding area is also quite desolate. 3,000 yuan a night is still far from what I imagined for a resort hotel. Maybe my expectations were too high. The dinner was just so-so, but there were still quite a lot of local Japanese customers staying here. I don't know if it's cheaper for locals to book, or if they all have cars for easy access. I personally don't recommend it to tourists.

A very good hotel with first-class equipment, environmental sanitation and services, and very good hot spring facilities. I will definitely come back.

The service is very good and very comfortable

The staff speaks Korean well, so even if you can’t speak Japanese, there’s no problem. Very kind. However, it is a bit uncomfortable that there is something like a wooden board sticking out from under the bed.

It was easy to get there by taking the train from Kyoto Station and then taking the shuttle bus, and the staff were friendly. Dinner and breakfast were also satisfactory. I enjoyed the hot springs and had a fun time.

The staff didn't understand English at all and it was difficult to communicate! The rooftop hot spring is worth visiting. The dinner is rich but of average quality. There is a free shuttle back to the JR station in the morning.

It takes about 15 minutes to get to Xiongqin Hot Spring Station. There are shuttle buses. The hot spring pool is very comfortable. We recommend the private hot spring on the 6th floor and the terrace bath on the 11th floor.

The service is very good, very clean, the room and the bath are perfect. But considering the price, the breakfast and dinner included are really bad, or not suitable for Chinese people. It is recommended that if the price difference is too big, just stay overnight without meals.

The hotel is located in the hotel resort area, surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops, and the shuttle bus service from the hotel to the station is also very convenient when you check out. The hot springs of the hotel are also very distinctive, especially when you soak in the open-air hot springs at night. The local night view and the bright moon in the sky, together with the garden view and log cabins in the facility, are even more artistic. It would be even better if the spider webs under the eaves and on the branches could be cleaned up. The breakfast arranged by the hotel is also good for viewing and taste. If you have the opportunity to stay, you must choose the breakfast service.
