We were looking for a quiet place to relax for a couple of days at the end of an engagement in Lecce and, after a rather long search, I found this Masseria. The photos on the site promised well, but in this case the reality far exceeds the expectation generated by the published photographic documentation. It really is an oasis of beauty immersed in the green countryside, away from the confusion and noise of the coast. Whitewashed whitewashed walls interrupted by cream-colored Lecce stone, pale blue shutters. A rural architecture restored respecting the simplicity and the original forms even with all the comforts. We had the ground floor suite in the main building facing the garden with the swimming pool. The spacious room had a beautiful stone vaulted ceiling and an incredible coolness as if there was always the air conditioning on .. in reality the thick walls act as natural insulation. What can I also say the restaurant which has tables under a delightful pergola, offers excellent local cuisine as well as staff who are always kind and available for any request. I was also able to experience the SPA part by taking advantage of the services of a very good masseuse. Only small negative, perhaps they shouldn't mention the wording spa because in fact there is only one room for trea**ents. I was only there for two and a half days but I felt like I was in a piece of heaven. Only "annoying noises" cicadas and birds. What more do you want? I highly recommend a stop also for its strategic location a few kilometers from everything. I hope I can come back!

I went to this farm for dinner on the first evening of a holiday in Puglia. The location is very beautiful and elegant, dinner was served under a refined pergola full of greenery and lights, which made the a**osphere pleasant. The problem was the menu without character and inventiveness. The salmon and burrata appetizer seemed like that classic dish that you can also make at home. The scampi gnocchi had too little seasoning compared to the amount of pasta. The service also didn't convince me, staff were not very attentive.
