Everything was perfect, I was offered a free room upgrade from Classic to junior suite!!! Splendid pool area and very good restaurant with excellent quality/price.
Varied breakfast and high quality products.

Room was pretty basic for a "resort". It was clean and the bed comfortable. No in-suite coffee or bathrobes. Lunch at their restaurant was very good. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a convenient walk to downtown. We did not use any of the spa features. Service was very good at check-in and in the restaurant.

If you like the vintage look, then this is the place for you. Original 70-ies vintage, that is... Rooms are small, outdated and tired-looking. All variations of brown and beige have been used by the interior decorator. My husband and I booked this hotel for 6 days but we decided to leave after 2 days because we were so disappointed by all of it . It was meant to be a treat for our 30th wedding anniversary but we felt the pictures and reviews were very misleading. To get to the swimming pool, you have to climb some steep steps and once there, hope that you can find some sun loungers. There is always a lot of noise as the hotel is located on a busy street very close to the busiest part of Otranto. Breakfast was not too bad and the beds were ok. This is a 2-star hotel, at most.

We very much enjoyed the 10 days we stayed at Vittoria Resort & Spa! The hotel is ideally located, with only a short walk to the city beaches (which we liked a lot); all the restaurants on the seafront; and the shops and restaurants of Otranto's charming old town. We had a large room with a spacious bathroom on the 3rd floor, and our balcony overlooked the well-kept gardens and the swimming-pool area. The pool was much larger than expected, and there were sufficent sunbeds and sun-shades. Free parking on the ground also a big plus. Service was friendly throughout the hotel, breakfast was good with a wide selection.

This was the first stop on a tour of Puglia, and it was a good one. The hotel is well appointed, and within 5 minutes' walk of the bustling harbour area, with lots of nice restaurants. We found Ristorante Al Corsaro down a little side street, which was excellent, and there are lots of little shops selling more than just tourist tat. The food was good, and breakfast was good, with a selection meats, cheeses, pastries (the local pasticcio - a tart filled with almond custard - is excllent), fruit, cereals and cooked eggs and bacon. The coffee was good, too. Complimentary water supplied. The pool was nice, but it is separate from the main hotel, and accessed by some steep steps, so those with mobility issues might struggle (the photo was taken from our room, across the hotel grounds). All in all, we wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely hotel, perfectly situated to be just outside the hustle and bustle of the front but within 5 minutes easy walk to the centre. Great rooms, food was good even though I was on a group tour they still managed to serve all 39 of us with good food and hot. Amenities great - lovely pool - beware if disabled as it is up quite a lot of stairs within the grounds.

get room, very large with king size bed. great bathroom and nice sheets on bed. quiet. wonderful shower. a good place to stay. centrally located. friendly front desk and helpful. very nice breakfast. would recommend to stay in this very sweet town.
