The hotel is in a good location, one stop away from the airport bus, a 20-minute walk. The hotel’s breakfast is good, and the restaurant also offers lunch and dinner, but the price is a bit expensive. Although the hotel is close to the airport, it is still relatively quiet. The hotel has to call the front desk to send a car to pick up the airport, and to make an appointment to send it to the airport. Pick-up and drop-off are free, but you will have to pay for a ride at other times.

The hotel itself was very good. I believed I was paying for use of the gym inclusive.when I checked out I was asked to pay approximately 40 euros for using the gym on both days of my stay. I ate in the restaurant which was very average if not poor quality and quite expensive. The airport transfer was good. Romanians are notoriously tricky be warned The gym guys did not speak English and did not indicate a fee which is always possible in any language. Lesson learned

Bucharest, FCO - OTP, flew from Rome to Bucharest via Amsterdam, the plane was OK, economy class first row, landed and took Sheraton No. 100 for 5 stops, Visa card accepted, in fact, it was the same as taking a taxi, too lazy to exchange cash, points redemption, less than 20,000 points, upgraded to a small suite, lounge HH, breakfast are very good, the most expensive is InterContinental Marriott, all in the city center, it used to be cheap! Food and accommodation are satisfactory! Return to catch an early flight, stay in Ibis for one night, remember, go to the departure gate to find this car, the sticker is on the car window, be sure to go to the departure parking lot, not the arrival! The hotel is good and cheap, another Hilton Garden 900 RMB to walk a long way!

Stayed here on route to my destination for one night, based on the advertisement that there was a shuttle bus to and from the airport however this was not true and ended up paying another €15 to get there from the airport which was about 5 mins away , was told the next day that the shuttle does not collect but drops off at the airport however you need to book 24 he's in advance , I tried this even contacting trip.com customer service who also tried to reach the hotel via the phone number they had provided however this is wrong and there is another number available at the front desk , Breakfast was average and again a separate payment of €8 from a very unfriendly staff member who flat out denied I had breakfast included which is what I paid for , so in the end £50 for a room in a ****ty part of town with miserable staff , ( the chap who checked me in that night was the only friendly and helpful person ) Overall not worth it should of stayed in a better place , I do not understand why people who have no compassion or respect for other human beings work in public places that involve dealing with customers ...??? Find somewhere else !!

The hotel is newly renovated and in very good condition. The decoration is also very luxurious. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good. The overall experience is very good. However, the street lights outside are too bright. Even if the curtains are drawn, light will come in. It is recommended that the rooms near the street lights upgrade the light-blocking performance of the curtains.

The hotel was excellent. Loved the location. It was literally 3 minutes walk from the arrival section at Bucharest OTP airport. The room was for 2 adults with king size bedroom. I stayed with my son for 1 night due to change over flight for Jeddah to perform my Umrah. Their breakfast was buffet style and I loved it. I will be making a YouTube video for my stay to help everyone who wants to stay this hotel. Me and my son enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to stay here.

Lovely stay, felt very secure, clean, everything we needed and good location to get to the therme spa early and also pro gun shooting range nearby! 20 min taxi into old town, and 10 mins from airport.
