Love this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Onsen is superb, nice view. The varieties of food for dinner and breakfast are good too

the front desk cannot provide a clear indication and the buffet breakfast is below standard compare to most of the onsen hotel.

Very nice hotel with great open air onsen.
The dinner and breakfast buffet were amazing, we enjoyed the traditional japanaese dishes very much.
Staff were also very nice and helpful, makes us feel warm and welcome.

The waitress was nicely and helpful. Food was nice and delicious. Outdoor Onsen is clean with nicely landscaped.
