A second night in a lovely hotel, this time in a king size premier room with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen! Comfortable layout and great views from the front and side windows. Comfortable and well set up. Will definitely stay here again if revisiting Otaru.

A boutique style heritage building with high end art deco architecture designed hotel. Style, class of its own with high-tea style breakfast. The chef was of top-notch with well-balance crafted menus. The taste was exemplary good. I enjoyed the wine tasting too and love the OTARU dry white wine and OTARU beer. Lightings and ambiance atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to heritage financial street and OTARU canals.

Location is good, it also offered free wine during 17:00-18:30 for room guests, it’s such a kind arrangement. The bartender also suggested some good restaurants nearby.

I recommend getting the breakfast option, it's a great for cool pictures

Unwind Hotel & Bar Otaru is a boutique hotel renovated from a historic building. It combines a classic atmosphere with modern comfort. The unique design and atmosphere will soothe your fatigue. The rooms have high ceilings and are equipped with amenities such as refrigerators and wine glasses. Organic amenities and cotton pajamas are a great touch. You can enjoy free wine at the bar from 17:00 to 18:30. The Niagara wine was sweet and delicious. The wines available change depending on the season, so we enjoyed Niagara, Otaru, and Chilean wines. The breakfast menu is also high quality, featuring local ingredients. Everything was delicious, but the croque monsieur and scones were especially recommended. You can have as many scones as you like. The coffee and tea are also high quality and delicious. The hotel staff are also very friendly. It was a very comfortable hotel, not too formal or too relaxed. The hotel is close to Otaru's main tourist attractions, making it a convenient location for sightseeing.

I was surprised that the room was smaller than I expected, but thanks to the high ceiling, it was enough to sleep comfortably. I was happy that the welcome free drink was Otaru wine! The breakfast was also great, so I'm glad I stayed there.

The hotel has a good location near the Otaru Canal. There is wine for sale on the first floor of the hotel for bartending. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. Western-style meals are provided for breakfast, and homemade Western-style pastries and drinks are rich and delicious.

A very classic hotel. The room has a high ceiling, but it's so small that you can barely open a large suitcase, and the TV is compact. The shampoo and conditioner are very good and make my dry hair smooth, which is perfect for me!

I parked at the Times parking lot behind Seven Eleven! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the water pressure was good, and the bathroom was bright and nice! I originally brought my own amenities, so I left them there, but they looked nice! Thanks to you, I had a fun trip to Otaru! Thank you!

The hotel's exterior was stylish. It's located in the center of Otaru, so you can walk to LeTAO, Sushi Street, Otaru Canal, etc. Breakfast was high tea, which was lovely and delicious. The stained glass in the dining area was beautiful. The room was simple with dark tones. There were wine glasses in the room, so you could buy wine at a nearby liquor store and drink it in your room. There was an Apple TV, so it was great to be able to watch whatever you wanted on TV. If I have the chance to visit Otaru again, I'd like to stay here again.
