Location is good, it also offered free wine during 17:00-18:30 for room guests, it’s such a kind arrangement. The bartender also suggested some good restaurants nearby.

I recommend getting the breakfast option, it's a great for cool pictures

We stayed here on the third day of our 3-night, 4-day trip to Hokkaido♡ The atmosphere was very stylish and the hotel staff were very welcoming, so we had a very comfortable stay☺️♪ We had free wine at the bar in the evening, which was delicious🍷 The breakfast was served on a stylish 3-tiered plate, and was very tasty. My husband and I were very satisfied from the morning! The Otaru Canal and Sakaimachi Shopping Street are also nearby, so even if we arrived at the hotel around 4pm, we were able to do a bit of sightseeing! We would definitely like to stay at this hotel again☺️♡

The hotel is an old building from the last century, which has been renovated. The room decoration style is simple and generous, and the details are well done. The location of the hotel is also good. After coming out of the JR station, cross the road and keep walking. Turn right at the road in front of the canal and walk more than 100 meters to the hotel. The total distance from the JR station to the hotel is about 800 meters, and it is only 200 meters away from the canal and very close to the Jiedingtong area. After passing the traffic light, you will reach the Otaru Romance House. It is 900 meters from the Romance House to the Music Box Museum, which is also the most lively 900 meters. All the delicious food and fun things are available here, and it is not far from the Triangle Market. Triangle is next to the JR station. There is also a 24-hour convenience store opposite the hotel. The geographical location is unique.

The building is a little old but well-maintained, and the room was a little small, but it wasn't a big inconvenience for me to stay alone. Breakfast was really neat and delicious. I plan to visit again next time..

It seems to have been renovated by the former US Consulate. The interior of the building is beautiful, but the room area is not too large and the layout is not convenient, although the height is exaggerated. The location is very good, close to Otaru Station and the canal, and it is very convenient for transportation, food, drink and entertainment. Although the breakfast looks good, it is actually average.

The food and bar were great. The service was also excellent. I'd like to come back next time I visit Otaru.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I was able to stay comfortably in the double bed room even though I was alone. They served wine in the evening. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

There are no amenities in the room, so you can get them at the front desk. There are no pajamas in the room either. Also, the hotel entrance is very inconvenient because there are stairs.

I've stayed here before and really liked it, so I'd like to stay here again when I go to Otaru. The building and interior are European-style, the rooms have high ceilings, are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is British-style high tea, so everything was delicious and satisfying.

The location of the hotel is okay, about 5 minutes' walk from the canal. There is a FamilyMart convenience store opposite. The room is really small and the toilet smells very strong. It must be the odor coming from the sewer. When you book a room on Ctrip and arrive at the hotel, you need to bind a credit card to the front desk. It is said that if the room items are used/damaged, you can directly swipe the card to compensate. So check in took a long time to communicate. This experience is not very good.
