The layout and facilities of female zone is awesome. You are able to move from the room to bathroom without meeting male guest. The reception staff is very kind and willing to help.

It is located not far on foot from Otaru Station. It is also close to Otaru tourist attractions. There is a convenience store right on the floor below, which is convenient. The accommodation is cleanly maintained, including the bedroom and bathroom. However, the storage cabinet for personal items is in the shower room, not the guest room. It was a bit of a hassle. In a corner of the shopping alley right next to the accommodation, there is a piano. Small performances would be held in the evening hours. There were times when I couldn't fall asleep early. Being able to enjoy a small performance held in an unexpected place I thought it was a unique experience. The staff explained in detail how to use the accommodation.
