チェックアウト時、最初はおかみが出てきたが、途中で何故かロビーの奥に引っ込み、他の従業員の女性に引き継がれた。 （その際ちゃんと引継ぎがされてなかったため、トラブルがあり観光先から1時間かけてホテルに戻る羽目になった。） 見送りと、チェックアウト時の対応はホテル業の基本と思う、が、それが出来ていない。 チェックアウト時に 忙しいのはわかるが、 ちゃんと一組づつ、確実な手続きと 女将から挨拶するのが普通だと思う。
