A very enjoyable stay, the hotel is located off the beaten track but is a great base for nearby attractions: Oświęcim, Energylandia, Wadowice and Kęty. Great staff and very good amenities on site: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, restaurant, cozy large rooms and a tasty breakfast for dessert.

We drove in late. One of the rooms had a sun terrace. Too bad it was raining and cold. It would have been a great treat had the sun been shining. Staff is very friendly and speaks English. We had dinner at the casual restaurant. We had the grilled chicken fillet and a hamburger. Both were good.

We visit Molo every summer for swimming and winter for ice skating. This review will be focused on outdoor swimming pool which we really love. Beautiful views, very clean , big slide and paddling pool for little kids as well. The prices are not cheap but reasonable for Polish market. Food is excellent and unpaid parking is a bonus, but yes it is so popular that it can get very crowded so the best is to arrive early

"Special place for you", those where the exact words when we arrived there, with a 2 months in advance pre-booked parcel (blue zone) and 50% payment. We had arrived quite late and tired and didn't had the chance (and even consider a scam) to check the change of "parcel" that they've made to us due to "a competition on the lake and we are fully" (but "fully" should included us, because WE HAVE PAYED IN ADVANCE AND HAD A RESERVATION). Keep in mind that we have booked and pay 50% (even if on their papers it's says that the parcels shouldn't be pay in advance, they still request to charge in advance), but enough with the words.. here are the photos. It was our first contact with Poland, as you can imagine how we've left the country :) Definitely NOT recommend the staff and services, very unprofessional, rigid and not customer oriented. To prevent any possible fake reply: We didn't had any refunds for the first night when we stayed in that "jungle". They just let us pick a parcel within the main camping following day when we get there with big complains forall of this, still finding excuses that there was a competition. Irreal.

I had an excellent experience here at Molo resort. The restaurant offers homemade and tasty dishes for an affordable price. The resort includes a swimming-pool, a spa, and a jacuzzi. After dinner, you can have some drinks at the bar and play snooker and bowling. The atmosphere is relaxing after a day at Energylandia

Not worthy of 4 stars. What can I say? 4 stars are not the same as 4 stars in Austria or Germany. I was there 7 times and there was a disco night again. The party lasted until 2 a.m. In the room on the first floor it was so loud that you could join in the party. The rooms are poorly soundproofed. Music, screaming, you can hear everything as if you were in the disco yourself. Then from 3 a.m. onwards the drunken guests ran through the hotel corridors. I also complained to reception because they know about the problem that it is so loud in the rooms when there is a disco night downstairs. This is usually on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. That's why I never stay there at the weekend. But this time I'm there on Monday. They excused her but an acquaintance of INFLUENZA was in the hotel and she was supposed to be partying on Monday. They don't look after guests who want to sleep in and pay enough for it. P.S. Rooms not worthy of 4 stars. Limescale on bathroom fittings. Bathroom door hangs and gets stuck on the floor. Toilet seat loose. Bathroom glass shelves loose. Fittings temperature setting broken. Bed night lights broken etc. And most importantly very very loud. When party is taking place at Alter Molo in the hotel disco. As I have already said 4 stars are not the same as 4 stars in Austria or Germany.

Wszystko niby ok , fajna lokalizacja , dobre jedzenie , dużo przestrzeni , czysto ... ale niestety nie można przyjechać ze swoim czworonożnym przyjacielem . cały świat tak w 80 % ma opcję pobyt ze zwierzakami ale niestety u nas nie.Dlatego ja skreślam ten hotel .
