Pathetic! The worst hotel in this All Accor chain that I have ever stayed in! pleasant welcome the gentleman makes us wait to see something about our room gives us a card we take the elevator (very cold) the festivities begin...we arrive on the 3rd a smell of tobacco (not only tobacco it's hallucinating) it's unbreathable!!.. we settle in and go to report it to the Mr (we go back down because there is no telephone in the room, he moves immediately and sees the problem with the people concerned the smell enters the room.. we see a small bed under the window, toilet paper of worse quality, small shower with rust, stained tray impregnated with black, dirty joints and shower head on the floor as well as a bottle of shower gel on the floor in the tray even the supports are broken! .. the sink drains badly and is also damaged. The disgusting sockets and to finish the icing on the cake: the blind curtain of one of the windows is blocked and impossible to lower it to sleep in the dark!!! We call back the Mr from reception who comes to see and does not can't do anything because the technician isn't there and there's no other room (supposedly) to give us. I explain to him that 165 euros for a room to be woken up at 5am when we've been on the road for 6 hours is just unacceptable. He understands and tells me to see the manager the day after the 7am. At 7:30am, no manager at 8:30am either and at 9:30am either. The person at reception tells me he left the message and that he would send an email. I explain to him that I'm just waiting for an email because it's unacceptable to charge 165 euros for not being able to sleep and offering me a blanket for the bed under the two windows doesn't prevent the light from entering the room (traffic, lights, an electric billboard, in short, the whole thing...). No news from the management who don't even want to call back, it's so much simpler!!! Not worthy of this brand and I won't hesitate to let it be known, it's just shameful! Don't doesn't even deserve a star...

bel hôtel bien placé près de l'autoroute .Chambres spacieuses,propres et bien insonorisées.La salle se douche est confortable ,tout y est ,miroir grossissant,sèche cheveux ,la douche est grande.Revoir la pression d'eau des wc ou laisser une brosse de nettoyage serait bien .Possibilité de manger à l'hôtel ,restaurant italien,correct.Le petit déjeuner est sympas avec sucré ou salé ,on peut même vous faire du jus d'orange frais !
