This was our first time at a Masseria and for the most part I heartily recommend it. At one time this was a working farm. It has been in the family for four generations and the love the owners have for this place is palpable. Given that it’s not in the old city of Ostuni it made sense to have dinner at the Masseria for the two nights we were there. The main reception/dining/living area is decorated in a way that makes you feel comfortable- there are Knick knacks everywhere and small seating areas around 2 fireplaces and on the enclosed terrace. Although they have a pool it was rainy and cool so can’t really review that but it looked nice. The rooms were very small, compact and a bit old - the bathroom was quite old but the biggest surprise were 2 shower heads in the shower. The bed was comfortable. I think the age of the rooms goes with the overall ambience of the Masseria - aged but comfy. The owners and their small staff (family?) were all terrific. The food was good, both breakfast and dinner. Staying here was definitely a change of pace.

Gorgeous property with attention to details! Loved the outdoor fire pits at night! Food and wine was wonderfully paired and absolutely delicious. And the service from Daniela and his team was top notch! Highly recommend this property and definitely would stay again!

Beautiful setting,amazing suite with private pool. Fantastic staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Easy parking if you have a car. Lovely breakfast and dinner is available although we didn’t eat there. We arrived late and weren’t overly hungry, they bought us a wonderful platter with cheese,tomato,chutneys and bread which was perfect

A dream 5 days in Ostuni. The place is a haven of quietness and understated elegance. The rooms are very thoughtfully decorated. The hotel sits in a beautiful garden with olive trees older than 500 years. The swimming pool area is well designed. The best is still to come with the diner outside with candle light and a camp fire. The products are coming straight from the garden. The staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. There is a quiet time between 13.00 and 16.00. I will defintely recommend it to my friends and come back myself.

Every inch of Masseria Salinola is thoughtfully designed, inspired by local nature. The family-run staff treats you like one of their own, with an accommodating "yes" attitude. The food is exceptional, surpassing even high-end restaurants. My daughters enjoyed building friendships, playing board games, and exploring the farm. Our dream trip was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

So much attention and care has gone into every aspect of this elegant, family-run boutique hotel including the decor, the quality of the food, the impeccable service and the warmth of the owners and their staff. The property has been in the family for generations and great pride has been taken in its upkeep. It's an enchanting place conveniently situated to enjoy visiting nearby towns, and the many fabulous beaches and coves in the vicinity. We absolutely LOVED this remarkable place and the wonderful family and staff running it.

A truly wonderful and memorable stay. Daniele and his team will look after you from start to finish in beautiful surroundings. What a place !. If you are looking to disconnect and relax and enjoy some great food than this is a must. We have already booked for July 2025.

We have just returned from ten days at Masseria Salinola and everything about it was superb. All the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome. They were all so attentive and professional. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Every meal we ate in the restaurant was excellent - breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate on the verandah overlooking the pool. Fabulous location for calm and serenity. Highly recommended!

The best restaurant that I have ever experienced. There is an exquisite meal every evening with perfect attentive service, beautiful surroundings and wonderful Italian friendliness. Do not miss this place. Rooms and facilities are great.
