Incanto is an old-fashioned hotel, which has been left behind with modernization, but it has a location with a splendid view of the sea coast. However, the rooms and common spaces are very clean, the employees are very nice, they answer any question, they speak English.

We recommend people to stay at this hotel the sea view was fantastic. The staff were fantastic and very helpful especially Aliessia what ever we needed they dealt from booking excursions and taxis A little disappointed with breakfast selection it all looked a bit bland The pool and grounds fantastic overall we would definitely be returning to this hotel Thank you

Hotel Incanto is quite "unique." I enjoyed it more and more as the week went on. All of the hotel staff were super friendly and went all out to help us with any request. A special shout-out to the young bartender at the pool - Ciro! He was SUPER helpful, SUPER responsive! I would definitely return!

Room old and half broken, bathroom unusable, broken among other things. Decent restaurant, the balcony was nice but the door was broken and didn't close, the only thing that saves the breathtaking view even if the facade is falling apart in some places.

Last minute guests, I wish we hadn't found a place! Highly not recommended! At 5 in the morning I wake up feeling a strange itch on my head and body... I couldn't imagine that the bed was home to very small itchy ants! When I complained, they sent me up to the room cleaning manager who told me that it wasn't that serious and that I was practically exaggerating! The breakfast buffet looks like things that aren't exactly fresh, only 1 type of jam, and above all you have to set the table yourself! Very kind room and reception staff... only positive note

I stayed in a triple room for three days with my adult children. I was very disappointed. I found the wardrobe unusable due to the bad smell. In the bathroom there is an anthill. The ants also roam in the carpeted room which in my opinion hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner for a long time. I found numerous ants in a bag of taralli that I had to throw away. Upon departure I made my complaints to the reception. They told me I could report the problem and they would take care of it. I don't understand how the room was occupied. The breakfast also does not meet customer expectations.

The stay was very relaxing and nice. The jewel in the crown of this hotel are the guys at the reception. Truly unique!!! The only thing that didn't go very well were the rooms which were a bit "arranged" but otherwise everything was excellent
